Aka Mary, chrishell, bre etc have real licenses. Jason and Brett are two of the biggest, they are very known in California around brokerages and between diff agents. Amanza doesn’t have a real estate license, she’s a house stylist.

As far as you mentioning how much money they have is kind of not enough based on the fact that I think they all have large houses and typically have kids so their expenses must be high.

The only one I have to respectfully disagree with is Mary’s red velvet look!! As per her weird pink and green handbag look I think she arranged the outfit around the black Vivienne Westwood necklace. Her whole vibe was stylized in a Vivienne Westwood framework which as you said means that there is going to be a lot going on. For sure it was one of my fav outfits of the show. The cut of the dress!! the material!! her hair and makeup!!! the gloves!!! her matching shoes and bag!! I loved it all xoxox and I love my girl Mary she was done dirty this season
