Do you prefer doing spins on spinning pole or static pole? On spinning pole, you have more muscle exertion, but on static, you have more skin burn. So I guess it’s a ‘pick your poison’
@@tilltanky5367 HAHAHA this is correct😂 static is easier as you don’t need to grip as hard but it BURNS. Spin is easier on the skin, but harder to grip and hold😆 absolutely “pick your poison”😆
