Thanks - another great presentation. I've always loved the mythos around Enoch. Now I feel like I understand both men better and the historical times they lived in. Light and Life ~

This is once again, excellent work, Chuck and Derek! I love how you are spending the time unpacking the various existing and apocryphal documents - that when buttressed with revealtion (The Urantia Book) - there are not only additional elements of humanly described events in these other documents, but also clarification of many errors that are common throughout orally passed on events and their fable-like alterations.
There is much you are augmenting in this study that aligns with the type of work the authors of The Urantia Book know we can accomplish.
Keep going with this sterling work!
    🙏💞

Great study of Enoch! I didn't realize there were two in the Bible, and the poem from the book of Enoch was profound.

Thanks! Really enjoyed this one as pre Urantia Book awareness the book of Enoch fascinated me. Also... Definitely would like a talk on Noah like you mentioned.

Thanks Dave! Yes, the Book of Enoch is full of surprises. The part about the “Watchers” seems to go all the way back to the days of Dalamatia. Would be interesting to dig into that in another episode. Looking forward to learning more about Noah, for now! -ct

Enoch has always been this mysterious figure of quiet curiousity for me. It is difficult to gather qualitative information concerning Enoch and I think you guys did great. Enjoy the maps and any other visual references. Thanks again

I have been awaiting this podcast ever since you announced you were producing it. It was, indeed, worth the wait for the care, time and love you have obviously put into it. Thank the stars you are shedding much needed light on this mysterious yet vastly important figure of Enoch…Despite your opening disclaimer of not being “conclusive”, you have given us the most precise account of Enoch that has been missing from the ecclesiastical writings throughout the centuries which has been edited for a variety of self righteous and autonomic reasons. You have given a lighted path through the morass of confusing rhetoric. Enoch is, and was, too important a figure to be given such a shallow treatment by most religions on this planet. But I have been already beginning to understand his importance by studying The Urantia Book. However, that being said and by your own admission here, it was very confusing. So, I cannot thank you enough for providing such enlightened roadmap thru this convoluted history. My knowledge of Enoch, and his true and real purpose to all of us Urantians, should be made much more manifest in the minds of mortals and not be overlooked as it is apparent that a correct interpretation of this spiritual individual is essential to our overall devotional and cosmic beliefs. I have watched this excellent podcast several times, and that is warranted for a better understanding of this complicated material that bears deeper study as it introduces other aspects along with solving one of the most essential mysteries of our transcendental pursuits. Thank you, Derek and Chuck, for your hard work, clear narrative and love of the material that you bring to us for our eternal adventure ahead of us all.

when I was 15 I did my first and only automatic writing, when I finished writing I smoked a cigarette and read the paper, I had set the ashtray on the nightstand I went to flick the ash and the ashtray was on the other nightstand on the opposite side of the queen sized bed when I had finished the note and cigarette I laid down on the bed, the next thing I hear my mom calling me, I am above the door in this blue energy and my body is not on the bed, my mom opened the door and seeing I was not in the room she looked under the bed then the closet and checked the screen to see if it was reversed and left. The next thing I see I am on the bed with my body. I got up and went to mom and asked what she wanted, she asked where were you? I said I saw you looking for me under the bed and the closet and you checked the screen, she ask were you in johns room I said no the bathroom, I said no she giggled and asked where were you? I said I was above the door in a blue energy watching you. She said to get the f out I don't want to see you for the rest of the day, so I left.

When Adamson went to the Nodites and was found by Ratta, do you think Cain was still alive? In your opinions, what was the time frame of Cain & Adamson in the land of Nod? In the least Adamson met Enoch likely - correct?

In listening to this again, I'm thinking that Jesus might be referring to the Jewish 7th Generation Enoch, (Enoch of Old), certainly learning about him in his Jewish education. This was the 'Enoch' he might have been referring to that didn't write the Book of Enoch. 'Of Old' is a term of respect - as in elders being mature in wisdom and looked up to in the Hebraic teachings.

The coran is the hammer of the vatican. Islam is managed by royal family members of the middle east, though the sunni branch of islam is managed by members of the Pallavacini family. The bible being the anvil of the vatican.
