Fingers crossed that it's hereditarily weak capillaries, then it may help! My dark circles are worse than anyone else in my family. They've got them, but nowhere near like mine. So I'm guessing I'm a bit of the dark circle black sheep of the family.

Now I can tell when I'm slacking because I'll be applying my crease color when doing my eyeshadow and I'll feel my brush start bumping into the hoods of my lids again... then it's like, nope get back on the Tight Eye train (or Bright & Tight, I'm using now!)

On the milia, I can recommend a product that really helps get rid of them fast. It's called eye peel- exfoliate and renew & it's made by isomers. I think it also helps wrinkles around the eyes too. It's extremely gentle as it's specifically made for the delicate eye area. I had never come across an exfoliation product for the eyes, so I had to try it. Works great
I am googling that right now!!! Because I can get rid of them elsewhere on my face pretty fast with all of the exfoliation I do, but nothing has ever helped around my eyes (I just got rid of one on my eyelid that was there for almost a year!)
I got one right in the inner corner of my eye recently.. probably from getting a bit carried away with a moisturizer lol. That product was fantastic. I admit anything that says 'peel' and refers to the eye area makes me very nervous, especially as my skin is pretty sensitive anyway, but I couldn't believe how gentle it was, especially in that area.
No, I got mine from Evine. I've a 1oz bottle so it will last a long time I'm sure. I'm not always 100% sure on Amazon skincare as unfortunately I have received stuff that is not sealed, but Evine ships genuine isomers products. You could probably get it directly from isomers website too.
Your under eyes look great! I just can't imagine forgetting to use concealer! I really need to get the bright & tight. I have the original formula but I have not been consistent with it. I remember watching your very 1st video on the original tight eye and commenting on the improvement in your under eye circles in your before/after pics. I try color correctors as well as concealer and I have to use so much product that I crease and the under eyes always look cakey. Definitely take before photos if you start using it! For years I used to give up on various skin care products because I'd look in the mirror and think they're not working - but photos really tell the story. I'm lucky now because I have a zillion pictures of my face over the past few years to compare to 😂but definitely take pictures before starting anything new, then pictures every few weeks to compare!

I think Bright & Tight would be better specifically for eye bags. TightEye has the same smoothing ingredients but it doesn't have the ingredients that encourage the body to drain and remove excess fluid/pigment from the area, which is often what is making the under eye look puffy. If it's just loose skin TightEye may help, but if you get the puffy kind of bags, I'd go with Bright & Tight.

I cannot recommend Science Serum more highly. Of all of my skin care it's the one brand that if I had to give the rest of it up, I'd keep my Tight Eye or Bright & Tight. I'd probably fight to keep a retinol, too 😂

A combo AHA/BHA? I do gentle exfoliation but I feel like it’s not enough. Help!! Even if there’s a beginners video that you have it would be really helpful!
Hi Karen! The very first thing I started with (right around 35 too) was retinols, and they really satisfied my need to see improvements in my lines. I had used products from the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair line for about a year before I felt I needed anything stronger. I was doing the serum, day cream, and night cream. Now I see they have a retinol oil too - I would've totally done that if they had it when I started! My skin is super dry at least half of the year, and just regular dry the rest of the year. If you're already doing some basic exfoliation, I think I'd throw retinol in the mix and see how that goes. Make sure to moisturize as retinol can be drying. But if you use one of the matching day and night moisturizers, it's all in there.
They have a version called Tight Lips that is stronger for the thicker skin around the mouth area. My guess is that the Tight Eye and Bright & Tight would not be strong enough for around the mouth, since the skin around the eyes is so much more sensitive.
I'm thinking that the eye ones (Tight Eye and Bright & Tight) have less strength than the lip or neck versions, because the eye skin is so much thinner - so my guess is that the eye ones probably wouldn't have a big impact on thicker skin of the face, where the lip and neck versions would be stronger.
LOL probably the same reason I avoid Pat McGrath for so long... because I knew I'd be hooked and it would cost me a fortune 😂but at least this is way less expensive than PMG!
I've been completely lazy and not using Tight Neck. I think it's because my neck doesn't bother me 😂 I'm still using Tight Lips though to try and get rid of my straw-drinking lines!
