How long does a bottle of Tight Eye last?
I'd like to know as well. I don't have problems under my eyes, but I desperately need help with my puffy hoods. It's a lot of money on my budget, but if it lasts long enough, I may be able to justify it.
I get a solid 6 months from mine, wearing it four to six times a week.

Yes! It's a sort of brilliant mechanism really. There's nothing about the drying that makes it work, except that the dry time is the same as the time it takes to come to equilibrium with your body temperature, and THAT'S what makes it work. It's an easy way for us to measure the exact proper time :)

I got the tight lips with your discount a few months ago, and I can absolutely tell the difference. The only thing I find is that the application is a bit of a pain. I have to clean, tone, essence then the serum. Then I do the rest of my actives and moisturizers on the rest of my face while the tight lips dries. Once it does, (about 15 minutes for me), I then have to wash it off and go through the whole routine of my actives and moisturizers on just the moustache area. Like I say, it's a pain, (first world problem, I know lol). Thanks Shelley!
Yeah it's basically a process of finding out where it fits into whatever your routine is. I hold off on the rest of my face until after the Tight stuff is done to avoid the double-application. Beating the Meredith Grey wrinkle is motivation to keep me at it 😂

I was meant to find your channel. I swear, for a number of reasons.... I was just looking around for skincare info, so, perfect timing! Also, I use that same bunny headband...and the milia because of the wrong moisturizer...I never put that together but that's happened to me also! And finally, the "...not a breeder..." comment... BAHAHA 😂😂 ❤❤❤
Welcome, Christina!! Oy the milia is 99.9% of the time caused by a moisturizer for me. Some are just too rich for my skin is what I figure. I have to be careful not to take my facial moisturizer up into the hollows of my eyes because of it. Milia around there are SO hard to get rid of! Heh glad you caught the breeder comment... it's how I find My People 😂

So happy you made this video because I have been meaning to ask you. What kind of wrinkle lines are 11's? Those nasty pesky ones between the eyebrows. Mine are SUPER pronounced. Also forhead lines? Im going to check out the bright & tight right now. I keep meaning to and always forget 🤦♀️
I'd say the 11s and the forehead lines are both dynamic, because face motion is what makes them pronounced. Once they're established you see them even with your face relaxed, but they probably weren't there when you were a kid, if that makes sense. I'd compare that skin to the upper lip - so I'd probably slap some Tight Lips on there. Tight Eye is for thinner skin so I think it'd be less effective on the forehead/between the brows. The No 7 line reducing booster serum is great for those dynamic lines too, just like smile lines.
I really wanna try the bright and tight eye cream you love. Do you get it every month or every 2 months? How long does a bottle last you? NM I saw you answered someone else about this...but it only gives the option of every month or every 2 months. Can you opt for one time purchase only or push out the shipments?

Thank you for these videos! When do you suggest using it? Like a starting age? I'm 22 and I have a few lines under my eye from a lot of rubbing and contact lens wear, I don't know if using it too soon would impede my natural capacity to produce collegen or something... Also, could i just splash cold water to clean it? I don't often use clothes so I don't know if it is the right way to go?
I don't think any time would be too soon. You'd probably get the most benefit from its immediate impacts (the immediate smoothing and firming) where my eye area, being older, doesn't see a huge difference immediately due to having much more to correct, but does respond more dramatically to the cumulative effects over time. In your case, the cumulative effects would be more preventative - helping your body prevent the drooping and loss of elasticity. You could remove it without a cloth but you'd probably have to use damp fingers and water, since it is a somewhat thick formula that I don't think would wash away with just water splashed. You may need to use your fingers to wipe it away.

Could you test out The Kevyn Aucoin foundation balm please, I was looking at new items on beauty bay and it caught my eye, also Revolution Pro has a new concealer, it’s called creasless concealer, it’s in a squeezey tube. I’ve never noticed it before and also looks interesting
Yes!! The new KA just arrived last night :) and I bought a new concealer from Revolution but I think it's in the conceal and perfect line, a hydrating one. I will look for the RP one!
Geek Out of Water I’m very tempted to buy it but I want to see what u think of it, I thought it was a good price, plus u get a free brush but if it had been ur standard foundation in a bottle I probably wouldn’t be that interested in it but a foundation balm sounds intriguing to me lol

Hi Eileen! If you have dark circles too, I'd say Bright & Tight, and if you don't have dark circles, then Tight Eye :)

Possibly a dumb question.. how do you figure out if your dark under eyes are caused by leaking capillaries? All I see when I look @ my face (when fully made up) is the damn darkness under my eyes that I can never cover!!! But I’m torn about what actually causes it.. not sure if bright & tight would honestly help for mine!!!! But

Basic indicators;
Veins: if they’re more purple/blue
Sun damage: brown
Yep what Selina said! The blue/purple cast of color is usually blood that has leaked around that area. It can look more obvious if your under eye skin is thinning, which happens as we age. So the one-two-punch is removing the blood that has leaked and pooled there, and plumping up the skin there (keeping collagen up as much as possible, maintaining good moisture levels) - all of which the Bright & Tight has ingredients to work toward. If the darkness is more brown, it's more likely hyperpigmentation in the skin (which can be caused by a lot of things, including sun damage). Mine is primarily purple, leaky capillaries.

Hi Judith! I use them 4-5 days a week on average (mornings only). The longest I've gotten out of a bottle is 9 months and the shortest was just under 7 months. (I'm almost done with my 3rd bottle of Tight Eye/Bright & Tight and I've been using it for about 2 years now).

Quick question. Could you just splash your face with cool water and gently pat off with fingers and bypass the washcloth or no? I just hate rubbing washclothes on my face is the only thing.
I think you'd still need to use your fingers to make sure the residue is removed (when it dries it's sort of sticky to the skin - that's not the right word but there's some adhesion... also not the right word... ha! I'm really not helping here) - I think fingers with water would totally remove it but there would be some touching of the eye area. That's what I mean to say. 😂
@@goow Sweet! I ordered both Bright & Tight and the Tight Lips or whatever. I figured i could use it on my 11's like you said. My bank account isn't too happy with me though. Sadly, everything I buy from the US costs about 30% more than it does for americans, plus the international shipping 😭 Im kinda worried about being the lazy gal I am in the morning and not wanting to add the step/change my routine up to fit these products, but hopefully I love it so much I won't mind the adjustment.

Geek Out of Water I’m very goal oriented too so I’m starting my retin a back up as soon as summer is over and will pick up the tight eye and neck stuff too. i’m not above using some botox and filler. i’m not a regular user of it but have done it in the past for big events.

Have you heard of “plexiderm” I think it’s called...I’ve seen it in QVC. They say it’s the same sort of thing...I’m very skeptical of that product. This one I love and would cherish
I hadn't! I just looked up the ingredients of the serum. It looks like a pretty standard anti-wrinkle serum, collagen and peptides, for results over time. It seems to be missing ingredients to help with lymphatic drainage and the immediate tightening ingredients. I know nothing about it but ingredient-wise it looks like a lot of usual eye creams/moisturizers.

Thanks for the update! I do like the eye cream. No allergic reaction, no milia, nice. I heard Dr. Dray say that use of caffeine under the eye, can overtime, cause volume loss! I'm hunting for eye creams that do not contain this or cause milia. Hard because caffeine is so instant gratification & in so many eye products. ;(
Gah I love caffeine for my eyes, too! I went through a whole bottle of caffeine serum from The Ordinary once upon a time 😂
Like you I shower at night. Is there any reason you couldn't do the serums at night as well?
Hi Erin! You totally could do them at night. You'd get the same long-term effect. I think the only thing that might be lessened is that little bit of oomph of immediate tightening effect (it may be wearing off by morning) - though that's not a drastic difference and the long-term benefits are more impactful.
