what books are you most excited about??!🌷🌤🍃✨ TIMELINE: 00:00 hi hello:) 00:36 MARCH 07:29 APRIL 20:35 it's gonna be MAY 26:58 JUNE 38:06 thank you for being here!!:)
Just added SO MANY of these to my TBR. Head's up, Sons of Darkness is already out (I just checked on Kindle). Thanks so much for sharing these! I look forward to the summer list in a couple months and the reviews of which ones you've read.
the new abby jimenez, emily henry and carley fortune are top of my summer tbr! i also have daydream (next icebreaker) highly anticipated. and i didn’t know ashley poston was dropping another book so soon i’m so excited!!! the seven year slip was 5 stars for me and the dead romantics was a high 4 stars!
I expect that The Familiar would be a five star read for me. I'm so excited about it! And I can't wait to read Foul Days as the author and I are the same nationality so reading about rusalkas (mermaids) and other Slavic folklore creatures would be so refreshing and interesting. I hope I would like the author's writing style. Another one on my radar is Stuart Turton 's new novel. Also The Tainted Cup, Fathomfolk, Floating Hotel and The Warm Hands of Ghost by Katherine Arden. So many exciting new reads this year!
This was such a great video! You put so many interesting books on my radar. I'm excited you mentioned the new Sarah Adams book. My favorite of hers was When in Rome but I like small town romances and romance with little spice. Looking forward to The Ministry of Time now, had never heard of it before. I'm looking forward to Close to Death by Anthony Horowitz. He writes such fun and inventive mysteries. I think you'd enjoy them. Thanks again for a fun video!
I read an arc of clear and the vibes were amazing I loved it. pure vibes lots of mist description. I started my arc of ministry of time and a hundred pages in it is a good time.
If you’re getting into mystery/thrillers and talking about new releases, I recommend Listen for the Lie by Amy Tintera! It came out March 5th and I got it on release day on Libby because I put a hold on it in January! I’m 70% in and loving it!
I believe Sons of Darkness came out in January. I was pretty sure I had seen it on display in my hometown Barnes, so I went and double checked the release date. Love your videos and vibe so much 🔮
all three of the comp titles for A Letter to the Luminous Deep are 5 star all time favorites for me. I had no idea it existed but I'm about to preorder immediately! thank you
Really interesting collection of coming releases. You asked in passing if anyone ever won a Goodreads Book Giveaway. Well, I have won three! When you receive your book the publisher does "expect" you to provide a review of the book. I did so for the first book. I have read the second, but the written review is over two years late; I have composed it dozens of times in my head. I haven't read the third book yet. I have entered more giveaways, but haven't won any of them.
There are so many good books out or are coming out. I am definitely going to get The Devil and Mrs. Davenport from Kindle Unlimited. It is available as a Read and Listen. I am also excited for the Riley Sager, Emily Henry, Abby Jimenez, and several others.
I have not had luck with Paul Tremblay but Horror Show sounds so good I’m willing to give it a shot. Many of the other books sound good as well. I made note of them on Goodreads.
Coco Mellors has a book called "Blue Sisters" coming out in May. Cleopatra and Frankenstein surprised me so much last year. I borrowed it from the library, but I am eventually going to have to purchase my own copy. It was pretentious, but the right kind of pretentious - you know what I mean? Her upcoming release sounds very intriguing and I may buy it right from the get go.
I am interested in Old Flames and New Fortunes. I live in the small rural town in Ohio. I am about 15mins from Moonville. I haven't even heard of this book.
Great Video Sydney and I guess I know what book I’m preordering Foul Days which actually comes out on my birthday June 25th and I absolutely love Naomi Novik vibes so I’m here for it 📖🥰🥰 Have a Blessed Sunday and Happy Reading 📖🙂
I wasn’t the biggest fan of The Cheat Sheet, but it was really cute. I loved her other series. I forget what it’s called, but it’s the one with When in Rome & Practice Makes Perfect. Those two are actually the only fade to black romances I’ve enjoyed lol. I’m curious about The Rule Book though.
I’m reading Ninth House right now and am enjoying it and I’ve read Six of Crows duology by Bardugo so I’m excited for The Familiar. However, I don’t think it’ll be for me. But who knows! I have holds for it on both audio and ebook on Libby.
so many amazing recs!!!! Mirrored Heavens by Rebecca Roanhorse ist coming out on june 4th and is besides Stormlight my most anticipated book of the year... Black Sun is the first book in the series and one of my all time fav books ever...
I've actually won two Goodreads giveaways, and both turned out to be awful books...All of Us with Wings by Michelle Ruiz Keil and Wicked Saints by Emily A. Duncan 😅 At this point, I refuse to enter giveaways for books I'm actually hoping to like, just in case, because I assume it's a bad sign if I win🔮
I don’t know if you cover this particular book as I am right at beginning of video. Look out for a book called The Botanical Daughter by Noah Medlock. In the UK it is out March 19th. It sounds amazing and the cover is stunning
I have read 2 goodreads giveaway personally, but both were kindle copies of books--not sure if those give away more copies and thus are easier to win or what exactly but I'm not gonna complain!
I want to read the familiar so bad but I’m super nervous cause I’ve also been trying to read Ninth House for years and I don’t know if it’s her or that book that doesn’t vibe with me
Personally, I was not a fan of the Cheat Sheet so I would jump into The Rule Book blind if you decide to read it. (When in Rome and Practice Makes Perfect were better in my opinion)
I think it's OK to not vibe with a writer. I don't like Steven King either and just don't bother with his books anymore. They're just not my thing and that's OK.
what books are you most excited about??!🌷🌤🍃✨

🔮 all the mystery thrillers sound really freaking good this year
I just got an exclusive copy of Where Sleeping Girls Lie from Waterstones, it sounds phenomenal and that cover is just stunning.
Thank you so much for all the recs. I am so excited for Diavola by Jennifer Thorne. It sounds so good: Italy, dysfunctional family and ghosts!
all three of the comp titles for A Letter to the Luminous Deep are 5 star all time favorites for me. I had no idea it existed but I'm about to preorder immediately! thank you
i got to read an arc of the emperor and the endless palace!! i loved it, but warning for people who don’t like spice, the book is FULL of it
The Book That Broke The World, but some many others now! I will look up The Children of series. Also, please drink while filming!

ooohhhh the Emperor and the Endless Palace sounds right up my street!
So many books that sound good coming out! I won the fellowship of puzzle makers from a Goodreads giveaway and I’m so excited to read it
Omg a popular author, Abby Jimenez writing about my home state and a place close to me… woah!
There are so many good books out or are coming out. I am definitely going to get The Devil and Mrs. Davenport from Kindle Unlimited. It is available as a Read and Listen. I am also excited for the Riley Sager, Emily Henry, Abby Jimenez, and several others.

I am interested in Old Flames and New Fortunes. I live in the small rural town in Ohio. I am about 15mins from Moonville. I haven't even heard of this book.
Very intrigued to read A Novel Love Story. Not only does the MC share my name, but it is also released on my anniversary. What a cool coincidence. 😎 ❤
