The design was one of the peak aspects of this phone in my opinion. I like how it resembles the old Razr V3 series, and I think that it’s a pretty unique design overall.
I worked at Verizon when these launched and through its life cycle. Esims were extremely bugged. Activation was a pain and if the esim was ever deleted/removed, there was no way to download another one like on modern phones. These were unfortunately awful, however the newest gen are great phones.
Great video. I've been daily using a zflip5 for a little over a year now and I'm impressed with it but I'm starting to look back into slab phones. I work as a utility technician and this phone is just to fragile for me unfortunately. If you're an office worker at you work from home I'd definitely recommend the flip! But if you work outside or in dirty areas I wouldn't recommend it due to how fragile it is
@tabbypears honestly I'm very careful with this phone and the screen isn't damaged at all. I've had to replace the screen twice though due to issues on Samsungs side with the phone. Very common screen peeling which ends up killing the pixels
take this design slap in bigger battery 120hz display flagship specs yoink fingerprint from 5g version but keep the plastic back and add water resistance perfect phone design wise
i actually really like the design i wish they hadn't shyed away from having a design with more presonality

Phone absolutely fucking busted, "Yeah this one's a lil cracked"

2000s Motorola would make fun on 2019s Motorola

How’s your screen holding up so far? I’d imagine there would probably be some scratches in it with your usage.

I’ve been using a Z Flip 3 on the side so I know what you mean. They’re definitely fragile phones, but I personally think the technology is very cool.
It wasn't that bad of a phone. I used mine for 18 months and I still have it in a drawer. Still in great shape.
The camera however was HORRENDOUS.
Waste of money when it came out and also bin worthy.

Design is great, I wasn’t happy to see Motorola switching to a more traditional design.

Made by Lenovo
Just as expected
It looks like a knock off Samsung Galaxy Z Flip
The razr was announced and released in 2020. Z flip copied Motorola as they were the one who set the bar.
