I am 61 years old and just discovered you guys through Rick Beato's channel. I am an old Yes fan, really one of the original innovational bands of the progressive rock sound as I'm sure you guys must know. I'm writing to you to let you know that I had no idea that instrumental progressive rock was alive and well in your generation. How wonderful and refreshing. I love your sound. It's crisp and delicious with so much jazz and fusion mixed in BUT CLEARLY progressive rock!!! Wow!!! I'm your newest fan!
The logo was taken from the backdrop in the first place though. There's a literal jarring transition from the regular logo to the version cut out from the background if you just step through frame-by-frame.
Hi guys. The band sent me the logo as a png file. I centered it in the first free frames and then used it as an overlay to perfectly place it where is is positioned on the LED wall in the next shot.
I keep running into people my age that seem to think the music of today is just the crap you hear on the radio. As if that's any different than when we were kids. But if anything, there are so many more great artists to discover today because you don't have only what's in your local record store to choose from. Even though I miss those Saturday afternoons a few friends and I would spend in the record stores on Telegraph avenue in Berkley where you could actually find a ton of different musical styles. I was just checking out a guitar learning channel that was discussing musical intervals, and he randomly mentioned this band. So here I am finding something totally awesome that I've never heard til now. Love it so far, and excited to keep finding more great music, and seeing where people take things next. Never stop being yourselves and creating your own thing people. I love this, and revel in it especially now when so many other things really have gone to shit (don't forget to vote ^-^).
Aaron you are my hero. Absolutely my favorite guitar of the last few years since I discovered in time. Absolutely love everything you do man. Atlanta loves having you!!
Caught your show opening for Spiritbox in San Diego last Saturday. Wish the beats/double bass wasn't so overpowering, as I missed a majority of the guitar riffs that i am able to finally hear here! Great stuff. Will be listening to your albums on our road trip this week. Great stuff!
Yes!!! Great MUSIC!!! I am 60 years old, and have love progressive rock from the 60/70s . I discovered this band from Rick Beato’s channel also.... I LOVE progressive music.... I will definitely be checking out more of this band material!!! So exciting to hear such good music... and good guitar!
This and ‘Every Piece Matters’ by Plini and ‘Far From home’ by Chimp Spanner are my go three tracks of positive vibes when I’m in a good mood. Which isn’t very often unfortunately 😩
Tosin shared something about you guys is how I ended up here. Unbelievable talent here. Love the sound. Subscribed and look forward to seeing you live.
I would be interested to get a vibe what it's like to watch live. I saw Joe Satriani and Steve Vai some years ago live so I guess it would be similar..

@@monocyte2210 Thanks!
@@francoloki Thanks!
There's so much Prog out there. Best time for Prog since the 70s in my opinion.
I repeated it like 8 times just to see the logo in the beginning blended into the live performance backdrop
Ikr?
Satisfying af

Riight? So smooth.
XadaTen omg man. Nobody asked for how they did it. It’s good it ended up that way. Well thought through.

Now that I've seen this like 12 times this summer, I'm pretty sure that's the coolest music video I've ever seen. Seriously.
your cameraman/ editor is the best in tha game
Great point, man. Held at fucking gunpoint I wouldn't be able to change a single thing about the production of this video.
It's too herky-jerky for me. I want to see the performance.
Awful editing. Can’t look at the screen.
@@versalgraphics to each his own. Ill pass on this
Whoever edited this vid must have a waiting list a mile long.. Amazing.
You got to make more of these Aaron! They're killer!
EYYYYYYYYYY
Damn.. Those guitar tones are aural pornography !
Never know major scale goes this hard
This tune is such a banger... keep it comin Aaron
Owane played a HUGE role in this album
Hats off to him as well
That bridge.... Son... Alex Lifeson caliber beauty.. Phenomenal
The fact that "Griggly" appears here makes this video 100x better
Amazing!!!! This is a perfect example of how an 8 string should be played and properly executed!!!! Great job!!!

Try Plini and Polyphia
If you like this, you'll definitely dig Animals as Leaders
This sounds like jazz and I love it
The video is so well done! brings the song to another level I think!
The bass tone is phenomenal.
The video edition at 1:43 is really cool, with a kiss between Griggs and his fiancée as icing on the cake.
Great video and awesome music!
Touch and Go. Ok but then get back 'cause we need your music.
This has some big truck vibes that dig deep.
🔥🔥🔥
最高にかっこいい
This is supposedly a prog metal band. But I've never heard such clean complex chords with distortion before!
Aaron has such an inspiring writing style! Can’t wait for more music! So addicting to listen too!
Just come across this from Finn Mckenty covering this band. Nice 🤛👌
Aaron you are my hero. Absolutely my favorite guitar of the last few years since I discovered in time. Absolutely love everything you do man. Atlanta loves having you!!
I'm also here from the Rick Beato interview/gear review. Great, tight stuff!
Where has this been all 32 years of my life
Sounds like a perfect intro for an anime ❤

Superb music. I echo David's comment below. Well done!
Hah cool, imagined a colourful video in my head, pink purple neon guitars,
lots of camera rolls like in here
“The Way Forward” is my best guitar instrumental album, love it.

God take me back to Valhalla (Wellington/New Zealand) Opening song kicks straight off with this absolute banger to set the tone (Y)
Feel good music. Thanks Aaron
Just saw them live in Atlanta, incredible performance!!!
Very nice sound. Has that Polyphia debut vibe that they've moved further and further away from ever since.
I recently discovered 'I built the sky' and had the same thought about them!
I wish polyphia stayed with the style they had on 'inpire' ep
Polyphia is nigh unbearable for me to listen to, I respect the shit out of them but its just not....enticing to listen to
Que buen tema suena super bien saludos desde chile
Great song and sick video (editing)
What a fucking slapper of a song.
