The shooting leg must be straight when made contact with the ball. It will produce a lot of power when you shoot.

shouldn't your head and knee be above the ball? and shouldn't you follow through upwards until the ball leaves your foot? im confused please respond 🙏🏻🙏🏻 (im talking about a power shot)
that will keep the ball low and will cause a low shot
Head above the ball correctly = shot that goes mid-high, but doesn’t absolutely sky.
Head AND knee over the ball = low driven shot
Always keep your head over the ball but having your knee over it is optional, depends on how high you want to place your shot.
