It’s a temporary solution but I bought this like 3-tier shelf from target to go under our bathroom sink because I had the same issue! You can adjust the size/length to accommodate the pipe/drain and it made such a big difference organizationally!
You need some stackable drawers and spinning stands under your sink!

Target has acrylic stacking deep drawers! That is what I got for ours and they fit so much!!
And since they are acrylic, you can still see where everything is!

You should get the drawer insert thingys that they put in kitchens but for your bathroom cabinets. Idk what they’re called but it’s like a drawer in a cabinet if that makes sense lol.
