Hello, I have a Casio 470, there is no broadcast or sound, satellite search is not possible, I took it to the TV repairman, he said it is banned, there is no broadcast center in the city where I am, so it is not working. Do you think this is true?

are there still some hertzian channels broadcasting analog signal ? No way to copy a digital signal with that device, right ?
