    So are these normal speed camera recordings sped up in post or are they camera set timelapses? I know the gimbal does hyperlapses and such but I can see you looking at the monitor on your camera so that leads me to believe that it is just a normal recording that was sped up in post production. The monitor on my 80D goes black when doing timelapse video.

    • @BeyondTheTime
      @BeyondTheTime  5 лет назад

      it's black taking the picture, but for a very short moment it's visible between pictures, so it's possible to see something (but not very precisely). Those shots are all made with still pictures

    The Moza AirCross stabilizer does not start the engines. The button flashes but nothing happens. The IOS app stopped seeing it too. What do I do with it how do I resuscitate it? @t

    Thanks for this great tutorial. I'm a hyperlapse shooter as well and very interested in this gimbal. I their review of the Moza Aircross Brandon Li and his friend say that drift in locked mode is worse than with Moza Air (at the end of their video). What's your experience, how stable is locked mode? (I currently use the Zhiyun Crane and struggle with huge drift in Locked Mode).

    • @BeyondTheTime
      @BeyondTheTime  6 лет назад

      When it comes to drift it's all about the gyroscope. Most brand says, that they get rid of the problem (maybe it's a little fixed with software), but if your gyroscope isn't calibrated properly, it will drift. In winter it's the most difficult for me, because gyro is very temperature sensitive. When you get outside with the gimbal, it takes some time for the gimbal to get the temperature from surroundings - so you calibrate the gyro. So, in summary - I didn't have drift problems. Just calibrate the gyro till it doesn't drift, sometimes I don't have to do that at all, sometimes it take like 4-5 calibrations.

      Thanks for this great tipp. I hope calibration with Moza Air is easy. With the Crane it is quite complex and time consuming.

    Good video!
    I bought Moza Aircross yesterday. And have already tried to capture video with it. But I have a problem that: when I go straight in street, every 50-100 steps yaw axis rotates 1-2 deg at right side; and I have to compensate this rotation - at the speed up video it looks awfully.
    Maybe someone knows why it's happen? :(

    So I spent the other night shooting a hyperlapse around my city with my Moza Air gimbal. I paid close attention to the suggestions you made in this video as far as settings were concerned and I set mine with the same exact camera settings. Same settings with the gimbal as well. My hyperlapse is playing back really fast it seems. I did add a stabilizer in post on some of the clips...Mine definitely doesn't look like yours. I want it to look better but not sure what I need to change.

      It's hard to say if all I know is that it's different than mine :D

    • @cre8tivity06
      @cre8tivity06 6 лет назад

      If I upload the video to the timelapse/hyperlapse facebook group would take a look and offer any suggestions? Some of my shots are soft and I didn't have the lens set to infinity which I know to do now. I don't know if I am walking too slow or too fast. Do you have a tutorial on how you go about editing the video once your done shooting the hyperlapse? Thanks!

    • @BeyondTheTime
      @BeyondTheTime  6 лет назад +1

      Yea, I watch things uploaded to my fb group: fb.com/groups/timelapse.hyperlapse
      If it's shot well, there isn't very much to do in post ;)

    • @cre8tivity06
      @cre8tivity06 6 лет назад

      I think some of it is just trial and error. I just have to find the best camera settings and either speed up or slow down my walk.

    Just to be clear. You are shooting photographs as 1/2 exposure and 1-second interval. You are not shooting video here, right?

    Do you need to wait till the picture is taken before moving or its okay to move while the picture is being taken?

    • @BeyondTheTime
      @BeyondTheTime  5 лет назад

      It's better to move constantly, also when the picture is taken than stopping for picture

    Cześć, fantastyczny Hyperlapse! :) Zamierzam kupić tego gimbala i używać go głównie podróżniczo razem z moim Sony a6300 i 18-105mm. Czy po prawie roku użytkowania jesteś z niego zadowolony? Czy poleciłbyś mi jego zakup, a może coś innego? Pozdrawiam serdecznie.

      Aircross będzie super na podróże, jest stosunkowo mały i dodatkowo na transport można go rozkręcić na pół ;) ogólnie polecam

    • @BeyondTheTime

      Itching to get one.. then I realized Zhiyun had it.. and now I'm torn. That shot you did with the lady moving forward kind of felt like it was being tracked. Very smooth! Thanks for this video and your reply!

    Can you do a video on the zhiyun crane? It's a very popular gimbal

      +Super Kav unfortunately I don't have zhiyun and I am a Moza brand ambassador, so I don't think it will happen ;)

    If you are walking during the shots and its 0.8 seconds, won't the things further down the street also be blurry?

    • @BeyondTheTime
      @BeyondTheTime  5 лет назад

      Gimbal helps a lot with it. Some shots could be not that sharp, but it's a video, it's not really visible when played back
