OK this makes me want to take some college classes and I've been graduated for about 10 years now, haha! Literally never thought I would say that but you make it look SO fun and creative.
It’s not just for school u can use it for work projects.
I just started school and I see the kids using these ipads and these apps. It's really good. And I too been outta school for over a decade.

Just wanted to say thank you for this swift yet clear and concise video on this topic! I have adhd and haven’t been in school for almost a decade so I’m nervous but I’m excited to try digital note taking to help keep me better organized! This has probably been the most helpful video I’ve come across yet!
For equations, I'd either take a screen shot cutout of those I find online or from the PDF version of the textbook and then import the image into the notes. It's more time-consuming, but it guarantees neatness. Out of all the parts in your notes, you want your equations to be super neat.
I love learning, but as someone who has learning difficulties it's hard so I have to watch these videos whilst trying to stay motivated.
Thanks for this! I’ve an interview today and they use Goodnotes. A very short and concise introduction which will allow me to say I have familiarity with the product. Love your delivery style too, very nice to listen to.
I love Goodnotes.
I handwrite all my assignments (Maths student) and export as images since exporting as a PDF is too big (even after compressing) for my Uni's upload system. I then import to Word and save as PDF.
There is an option to export without the background paper template. I use the GN5 grid template and export it to blank paper. As you say, everything is so neat, even my tutors have commented on my neat handwriting!
I've been using Goodnotes for quite a while now. I've since got my file size down by using the ball point pen, disabling text recognition and turning off the background when I export as PDF.

I’ll finally have a job and I’ll be buying the iPad Air 4 for college next year. I can’t work with a computer because I can’t memorize anything. I like writing by hand, I’m more efficient. But having an iPad will help me work wherever I am because I won’t have to bring everything with me

I always wondered how people on RUclips presented their notes so nicely and beautifully, and now I know. But deep inside, I think that taking notes and designing the notes is overkill.

Wow! I had no idea that GoodNotes could do so much. Gives me hope that my ability to screw up using this app that maybe its usefulness is far greater than my ability and therefore could be a useful tool for verse mapping.

Hi please i need a help, want to know how i can write all my notes in a single page/paper rather than add multiple pages is there any watys to do that in this app. eg if you take apple notes we can write a story on a complete page it doesnt have multiple page options
Sadly you can’t do that on Goodnotes but notability is able to have never ending pages

Not sure what you mean by “font to write.” Fonts are used for typing. You don’t write with them. It’s my own handwriting. This is just how my handwriting is on paper or on iPad. For tips on writing on iPad, I recommend checking out my other videos!

What pen & pressure settings did you use when writing?
I’m not a student anymore but I’m studying languages, so I’m looking forward to that. I wanted to know how you did the color on the title? I know you layered it over the other but is there a trick to it so one color is above the other? Thank you for your videos! So inspiring
Drag the colour you want on top, so either A on top of B or B on top of A. There’s no layers as such, except the order you choose.
@@LaurelPapworth I'm not sure why but the color I drag on top automatically drops below the other color. Any ideas?

I would be interested in knowing how to take pictures and add to your current working. When I take photos it creates anew page, I would like to se this pic within that working page just like Lappso, or move n crop

You can enable scribble on the iPad in settings to go from handwriting to text

It doesn’t take up a lot of time (2-3 minutes). It did in this video since I’m walking you through a tutorial… lol

What I didn't like about GoodNotes 5 is that it has no infinite canvas nor compatibility with Windows PC.
I use it for research notes and I enjoy an unlimited page size since there is always additional information to add...
