We have had investigative reporters do stories on why we aren't pumping our own oil. Its because our Government won't give them long term contracts. The government expects these people to come up with the money to restore their wells and hire hundreds of employees to pump when anytime the government can shut them down with nongovernmental contracts as they have done in the past. It's insane

All price controls can possibly achieve is sending us bad information so we make uninformed decisions that make the problems worse.
