Incredible how still she was in the bath. That's a true sign of how unwell she was. No struggle, just exhausted. God bless you all and may you live in health and happiness ❤️🐾🐱
I knew they would keep him. He was looking at his mama with such love and adoration. Only a person made of stone would be able to turn that sort of love away.
My husband was very okay with it when I foster failed with 2 kittens. Our limit was the two we had as well. You need to hang in to that great guy. My husband knows my love for animals is who I am and yours respects that too 😊. We have our 4 house cats and help the neighborhood strays.
A beautiful story with a happy ending!👍👏.Amaro is staying and he is now the new member of the Moon family!!! BRAVO!!! Amaro has now a for ever loving family!❤❤❤
May God Always Bless Both You And Your Husband For Helping This Precious Little Baby And Now Giving Him An Incredible Forever Home. And We'll Pray That You All Have A Happy And Long Life Together 🙏 ❤
When the lady called the kittie a girl but I was sure I saw a boy I was wondering if they had looked carefully. But they figured it out. Such a sweet little kitty! 😊
When you nurse a tiny scrap back to life and see them grow strong and affectionate, it’s really hard to give them up. People who act as fosters regularly put themselves through some emotional suffering but do it because they know there’ll always be the next litter that needs to be cared for until they can be adopted. I admire them enormously.
Thank you for rescuing her. You gave her the foundation to get stronger and flourish. It's difficult to do what you have taken on. I really understand why you can't keep more cats. Going through this myself. Two more kittens came into my life. Already have 4. Its going to be a huge undertaking. I feel nervous about the future. But I'm just gonna do it because of their attachment to me. (Their mom died under my porch. 4 babies we raised. Fortunate to have adopted 2 out early to great families. But the last 2 no one could take in. So, now I will just keep them. They've been good, sweet babies. I owe it to their mama. The only other reason I say its a labor of love is the entire group of feral cats I have outside. So much TNR. And we shelter and feed the lot. Since we have the last infants inside I can't put them outside again, either... So here we are. Just glad so many people can relate. Just reiterating that it's ok to let go. If you can find that baby a good home, you may be doing the best thing. Its hard to stretch yourself. Good luck and God Bless you!!
That'll teach me to view the entire video! So happy that you two decide to keep the baby. However, I stand behind the previous comment regarding people in your life making you choose between them and a pet!
He has such beautiful markings. I had to google it a bit but he seems to have a similar pattern to an ocicat? He reminded me of a gorgeous bengal cat I had the joy of encountering once while passing an outdoor cafe (he had his own chair!) but their patterns are more distinct. This also makes me want to foster at some point. It would be nice to help rehabilitate animals, and get to care for them, but it could also be a way to see whether any bond with our little void cat. She’s a rescue and was posted on Petfinder with the comment, “Other cats don’t seem to like her.” Just rip my heart out, why dontcha? And she is VERY timid. She knows our family by now but she had the worst time when we were interviewing contractors for some work on the house. Strange men in and out for weeks, and the cat cramming herself under a dresser we were sure she couldn’t get under! One day, a bit after all that, some kids knocked on the door AND rang the doorbell and even though we didn’t open it (we don’t want to buy any Fritos, kid) the cat was missing for half an hour while we frantically searched… she’d squeezed herself under a stored dress at the back of the master bedroom closet! So I figure the only possible way this poor little cat will ever meet another cat whisker to whisker is if I foster. We’ll see, though. She currently adores my oldest daughter (she jumped onto her lap the first day she was here, we were shocked! Destiny!), so she isn’t entirely alone.
hehe you need to stop fostering kats if not your going to need a bigger house (way bigger) Thank you for the love and work you do for kats of the world!

Cats are like potato chips: you can't only have one 😆

Great job caring for this sweetie! My advice: Dump hubby and adopt the cat. Anyone who prevents anyone from doing what they love is not a keeper.
How can you form a bond with something and then say ok youre out of here. Good luck, see ya.

And this is why I can't foster cats. I could not bear to give them up.
