this is exactly what i was looking for man!!! just wondering why 13 people decided to not like this... i would understand ignoring it all completly if you dont need this but... i cant see a reason to actually bother yourself to click the "not like" button. well who am i to judge anyones decision. by the way it is difficult to find this gadgets that actually work. sorry for the rant...
Hello, I have a mazda 3 BK like the one in your video, you had to install two relays, right? Could you tell me to which light control cables did you connect the cables? Because I can't get it to work on mine. Thanks
Hello there, Kobe, quick questions. My universal automatic headlight kit stopped working. I meant to say, the headlights will not turn on automatically when dark? Everything else works fine. Any suggestions?
So what does this kit do? Does this kit- Self-leveling headlights have an additional level sensor that determines if the car is tilted forward or back? Cause that’s what the headlight leveling system does. This kit might just go by a different name
This is made for cars that do not have automatic headlights (older cars). Based on the outside light level... it will automatically turn the headlights on.
Does the sensor light stay on at night? And flash like an alarm?? Mine does. Not sure if its normal. Also do your headlights and parking lights go on or just your headlights?
Dose it use one or two bulbs for high beams? If one bulb, you'll need to tap into the higher voltage wiring, if 2 bulbs then you'll tap into the wiring for just that bulb. Commonly high beams are the same bulb just more power goes to it so it turns on a different placed bulb with a higher resistance. Kinda like day time running lights that are also break lights they're called "dual filament"
Thank you so much for such a great video about this product. I am wanting an older car but want some newer tech features on it. Will definitely be checking into order this product. How long did it take on the shipping?
It took about 2 weeks. I had Best Buy install it and it works great still today. And I agree with you it's nice to have the newer technology with an older vehicle.
mac taggart, I'm guessing that his dash lights are LED and the camera he was using to record doesn't match the frame rate of the LED's, so they APPEAR to be flickering.
So you cannot use it the way the new vehicles are then? For example it switches from high beam to low beam with oncoming headlights from other vehicles ? Would the sensor pick it up and auto do it for you with other person headlights ?
kobEVision what if I wired my drl lights for evening and wired high beam for night lights ? And installed the sensor facing towards traffic .. would the light of the vehicle trigger evening drl lights then after they pass trigger back to high beam? Theoretically , this sounds like something that could work

Hello there,
Kobe, quick questions. My universal automatic headlight kit stopped working. I meant to say, the headlights
will not turn on automatically when dark? Everything else works fine. Any suggestions?
Other than check the wiring, checking with the company, not sure. I sold that car a few years back. Hope you solve it soon. Regards
By chance do you know if there is one for Auto-Brights (turn brights on and off based on dark and oncoming traffic, etc)? Can't seem to find that
That's a great feature unfortunately no I'm not aware of anything like that.
I'm looking for a solution to that too. It has to be possible. My car that has it spoiled me and I want to add it to my others.
How you had any problem with it?
Can you actually show the leveling system in action?
My vehicle has automatic lighting, would this affect it at all?
Bad Driving Habits Of Australia no issues. Still works. Not sure about leveling system.

Mine stays on solid... no flashing.
Do you know the wiring? I can find out, how to connect it... or can make a picture of yours? Thanks 🙃
contact info is completely unreadable except for the hamel page which didn't have anything about this item
If your headlight switch is in the off position when your lights are on through the sensor does your high beam switch still operate?
Good question, let me check
The answer is yes. When the lights are off during the daytime, the brights do turn on. The brights work no matter what the situation.
I just want to add automatic HIGH BEAMS ...my 2018 miata club already has regular old auto headlights...anyone know?
Good question maybe Amazon?

Does this turn on your parking lights as well? Or is it just for the headlights. ?
Both 😁👍
What was the rate best buy gave you or close was going to do this but to busy
Can this kit work with 1980's cars and will my taillights still lights up when the switch active my headlights
+Keeyo Gotti I see no reason why not.
kobEVision
why were your gauges flickering? is this common and all the time?
mac taggart it's just the video they actually don't flash it all it's totally fine.

It does NOT switch from high to low beam. It's only turning the lights on or off based on the amount of light around the car.
