Nothing better than workin on bikes with good friends.
People saying "why don't your ride the Indian" AND the people who say "why don't you ride the RG" in Challenger vids are missing the point. Yes, I prefer Indian, I don't hide that, but the man has a RG, and a Challenger in his garage? Adam is living the dream as far as I'm concerned!
We have a 2017 Tri-Glide Ultra and a 2019 CVO Street Glide currently getting a131 Kit yee haw more power Scotty
couple "coffees" and some friends over is absolutely the most fun way to work on a bike.
Replace the coffees with BEERS and your statement is correct
@@ervinhepler9558 "Coffee's" quoted implies that or a libation of your liking.
Miss my days of being in my garage with my buds working on cars trucks or bikes, you brought back some great memories. You saved a lot of money doing that work yourself, it does look great. BIG shout out to Doc, Tim, Joel, Matt, Chuck and Daryl.
Step 1. Disconnect battery or pull main fuse! HAHAHA. I about spit my coffee out when you said I think I started my bike!
those bars look sexy as hell on your Indian Great choice brother
I was a Harley-Davidson man for years ,now I’m a indain man waiting on my new challenger comeing ride safe .love your videos 🏴
Your going to love it
All them buddies, and not one reminded you to disconnect the battery. 🤷🏻♂️👍 That’s what my buddies do to me too. 🤣
1000 thumbs up!
Professional's are everywhere.... mostly on the internet
And for our next video, Chuckie and I will be customizing the new Kubota lol. Garage hangs are some of the best times. Bars look good brother, hope you get to enjoy them soon!
I put the KST bars on my Challenger and I can’t say enough about them. I’m very happy!
Nice job! Looks SWEET!
Great how to video , but it always helps when you have good people hanging out with you to help pass the time. thanks for the video Keep up the good work that you do
Nice set of bars! Great to see Doc and the gang there! How’s Freddie doing? I hope he had a successful recovery! Thanks for all you do for our veterans! Ride safe and take care of yourself, Miss Ashley and Scooter!
Looks sweet. Wish T bars were an option on my chieftain.
dude I have been riding for 40 some years rode with some great mechanics, I am 65 years old and I am just learning how to work on the old shovelheads I had a "47" indian for 16 years. let's put it this way I have faked looking good on and knowing how to work on them , alway come up with extra nuts and bolts
Good job Adam. That kit is awesome, I don't like when T bars are in the way of the screen and this solves it.
Wrenching and riding, my two favorite pass times
There’s nothing quite as good as a new set of bars
As a retired Aircraft Electrical Tech, you're killin me with that wiring Adam.. Lol Stay Safe, and Stay Stubborn!
Looks good keep up the great work
Always cool when a plan comes together.
Great job! Your welcome! Love to see you using it. Lol big fan brother, stay safe! Speedy!
Man that looks like a job putting those bars on! I would be scared to do it, but good job Adam.looks like you had a little help too..lol
That is a sweet upgrade. Really like the look Adam.
STEP 1 ; DISCONNECT THE BATTERY ...
I'll wait to replace mine until I get to Moyers OK since I know some professional installers 🤣.
I'm digging them T bars looking sweet. Good stuff brother. God Bless
that looks REALLY good man! super cool!
DOC! Love seeing Doc in the video almost as much as Ashley... lol Ok, that's not true. But I really like seeing Doc.
Those bars look way better.
Next up on the channel......Adam shows us the expert way to wash and detail all his bikes. 👍🏼
Never happen. Lol
That Challenger is totally yours now it made you bleed adds to the bonding when your bike claims you by nicking you to bleed.
Great job! Looks great!
That looks way better than the stock setup. I dig it.
I’m diggin it too brother 👊
It is good to see some aftermarket parts showing up on the market for the Indian motorcycles! I've been thinking about trading in my FXR and Chieftain for the Challenger. Those T-bars look great on your bike!
Makes me want a challenger even more now.
Awesome video. They look really good!
Wow! These look amazing bro. Well done. 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
Youd had an ideal time to clean the windscreen ... and you put it all back together dirty
I want your old bars... love the new setup though. Saw it on the MOMS video. They did a great job with the design. Hope you enjoy it!
Goood stuff thanks for getting back to me on the book face. Slick set up just keeps making me wanna go from my rg to the challenger even more!
it doesn’t hurt to try! I love my challenger 😎
IMO that dash setup should have been the way Indian sent the bike out. That looks great
Agreed! Barnstorm Cycles knocked it out of the park with this relocation and adapter setup for the Indian Challenger!
Great to see a successful youtuber still looking for advice on RUclips! Looks great bro 👌🏾
we all need a little help sometimes, am I right?
Hell yer brother. Sorry for the late reply. Only just saw this notification. I look all most of my advice off RUclips. You can find the answer to everything. Keep safe bro
Looks good man. Tbars FTW
Awesome video and awesome content can’t wait for the next video
That. Looks...... awesome!
Looks good ,so you say its a pretty easy job thats when you have a few buddies around to help, hmmmm its tedious work to say the least but you got it done and I'm ready to see the bike on the road .btw the exhaust sounds great
I like the look of that dash
Looks awesome brother
That’s awesome looks really good
thank you for your service gentlemen
🇺🇸
Awesome video Adam!!!! Love to see you and your buds putting in the work on that Brautiful Indian Chaenger 👍 Most people wouldn't put in the time and effort , they'd just pay the dealership to do it 👎 Brother , I'm loving that Indian!!!! Wish I could afford one 😁 Really enjoyed this video 😊 Ride safe , and enjoy them bar's and the fruits of your labor!!!
thanks for tuning in 👊
That really does look good!
Next thing you know you'll be redoing your own top end.👍
If it comes apart without breaking, it will go back together. The one big issue people don't like putting custom handlebars on their bike themselves is the wiring. I'll never understand why. Just learn to solder and follow color code and easy peasy.
Wonderful video ,,,so easy to follow you and your work . Thank you from Chad in Ireland
Thanks! Hopefully you subscribed! 👊
Very nice install & product. Please keep doing more Indian content! Scratch Scooter behind his ears for me!
will do 👊
Getting my mid-rise bars, heated grips and heel shifter installed on my 20 Chieftain DH right now. Can't wait to pick it up out of winter storage and hit the road!
very cool 👊
The new chief look pretty nice.
Not a fan of Indians or high bars but damn that turned out nice. Much better looking than stock!
Great job👊👊
Mission accomplished SEMPER FI KEEP THE SHINY SIDE UP
Adam the # 1 thing when working on anything with an engine , disconnect the battery first . It’s a safety issue .......
Looks good bud
I was just imagining Ashley sitting on the bike and telling you she hates the bars.... next video will be putting the old ones back on. LOL
🤣
@@adamsandoval Ashley Approved?🤔🤔
I hate trying to find bars that feel good! I have a Chieftain.and put Indian bars on it only to dislike the pullback. Now in search of a different set.
Looking good
Good video and the bars look great on your bike!
thanks for tuning in 👊
Hahaaaaa!!! "whats up chuck"
That’s badass
Awesome 😎😎
I have the exact same bike, and holy hell that looks great.
I have to agree
Handlebars and wiring are my two least favorite things when wrenching on my bike. Well done, guys.
Sweeeet!!❤️🐕❤️
Wow cool
Look at you'll wrenching away!
Good job, great look.
This popular "club style" look is making the older bikes look really dated.
I tried to be the First. Damn Adam you have mad patience I don't have a problem with work but that was more than I would get into mainly with the wiring. Looks good though. Good job.
I LOVE CHUCK
The bars you took off would be nice if they didn’t have that sharp bend . I would like to them with a nice radius and the ends were the control are bent slightly inward about a inch or so.
I guess now you just have to go and do the Mexico thing again
Pretty cool crew but wow that's a project
Glad to see I’m not the only one makin changes. Mines down to frame as of today. Prepping for powder coating and painting. The ol Road King will be 20 years new by end of March. Edit: haha blue locktite for the win!! Bought a ciro wireless charger/mount and as soon as the make over is done it’ll be on.
Right on! 👊I couldn’t live without my ciro products
Nice Adam, glad this works for you, more comfort equals easier miles. Next upgrade. May want to look into what Lloyd Greer of Lloydz Garage, Indian of Charlotte, NC. Looks like he has a tune out for the Challenger, something called a CRT V1 he will be installing on Challengers at upcoming Daytona Bike Week. I think this includes a performance cam.
nice!
Not bad, looks better too. Just helped a buddy do freedom performance 2-1 turnout exhaust on his challenger, not to bad of a process.
very cool 👊 that’s what buddies are for
@@adamsandoval after riding it I want to add a challenger to the stable. Fun is all I can say.
What brand or anyone know the brand of jacket Adam is wearing for day 2? I know it is random but love the look!
Oh, no can do! I got a plan, if the plan doesn’t go as planned I lose my shit!!
I’ve seen more people riding with them bars how did those compared to the mid rise bars
Looks great. How are you liking the analog relocation? I wish the nav on my challenger was higher but I'm not 100% sold on the relocate with this package. Still looks good though.
Avon grips on there?
I love mine but the holes for the switches did not match up and I had to drill new ones which was a pain in the ass
I would love to come to America pick up a cheap van and a Harley and spend a few weeks at a camp site in each state travelling out daily on the bike to see as much as I can.
dream until that dream comes true! you’d definitely never forget it and go back with a ton of stories to tell. I hope the kriver campground is on that list!
Anyone know of a good dyno tune shop in the DFW area to dyno tune my 2020 Indian Challenger? I have the 2 into 1 zombies with cat delete and the power plus cam.
Cool. Plus it's not really your bike until you wrench on it, skin your knuckles, and bleed on it. 😁
lol amen brother
Nice the cables and wires did not need mods?
Makes it easier to get to the vents for opening and closing?
Do more videos on this bike
Amazing how hey are able to hide all the stuff
Can you go lock to lock without it pulling you forward?
Honestly, I’d be more interested in this bike if it came like this.
Then everyone would have one. But I agree it’s much better
@@adamsandoval I have absolutely no problem with everyone having a better bike. It definitely looks like an improved evolution of what was already good.
Looks good . Whatever happened to your dark horse do you still have that??
Cool setup. Not being adjustable kinda sucks. Hopefully they’re perfect where they are
There are different bar options and risers available
@@jmangus83 ok that makes more sense
anyone can do it if they have a Darrell to and Matt to help them out ;) Looks sharp, can't wait to hear your review
they’re definitely good friends for helping me, both with a wealth of knowledge to offer
