My one complaint is that you didn't have Skinner say "Yes..... regional." That line had room for one other word, but you just had him say "Yes", which made Chalmers's "What region?" come up out of nowhere. Other than that, though, it's amazing how well this seems to flow together with the dialogue cut down so much.
Seymours mom yelling "Seymour, fire!" gave an idea! What if Steamed Hams took place in a war setting and his mom said "Seymour, fire!" to remind him that hes part of the war. Chalmers would be some kind of inspector seeing if anything is good in the trenches
