- Assassin's Creed Shadows gameplay will feature a new never before seen mechanics which will be part of the all new AC Shadows gameplay graphics features that is upgraded with the latest Anvil upgraded version engine that will be used to develop the new installment from Ubisoft "Assassins Creed Shadows" which is releasing on November 15th 2024. The open-world samurai and shinobi action RPG adventure is the most anticipated and ambitious flagship game from Ubisoft's long awaiting stealth action adventure game which is developed by Ubisoft Quebec.

FELLAZ, REMEMBER DON'T PRE ORDER, ITS UBISOFT MARKETING HYPE BEFORE DOWNGRADE
The only times an AC was a downgrade were Mirage, Valhalla and Syndicate.
Unity and Odyssey were too perfect and need reskins like Freedom Cry and Rouge.
Valhalla is still great but they should've kept so much more perfect systems from Odyssey.
I've preordered since Origins but Mirage was the only one wildly over priced. that should've been a DLC.

I used to have all my faith in the company but now I am big hater
This is what I gathered from the screenshot showing both summer and winter in the same place:
1. The enemies shown seem to change which implies a changing landscape of factions, warring for land like in Odyssey, but I hope it’s more than just two factions.
2. The bracer on her arm goes from white to black. I don’t think that was because of lighting so I guessing there is color options like in Unity, but maybe not because the rest of the outfit looks the same. Maybe it’s a different or upgraded hidden blade, idk.
3. The tree line on some of the hills changes, so either foliage has a drastic change between seasons or certain areas might come and go as the game progresses, probably the former.
4. Some trees look climbable, this is just a gut feeling.
5. Enemies might have better range when viewing you during the winter. I hope they can track our footprints.
6. The world is still truncated, so distances between areas of interest will be pretty small.
7. The lighting on her weapon is weird. It’s either two different versions of the same weapon or the weapon in the summer shot is just backlit weirdly. I think it’s the same because the wrap on the bladed part is the same, but the ball on the end of the chain goes from a golden shine like sun on silver to a dark black. And the angle doesn’t make sense based on where the sun is, but the lighting in all the still images is kind of off.
8. I originally thought the ribbon on her back was for aesthetics, but it might help if we acquire a long range option like a bow. If not, then we will still be able to tell which direction the wind is by looking at our back.

Ecstatic for the new assassin Creed game though sad that we have to wait until November for it to be released. Can’t wait for more info Ubisoft showcase next month. Will be doing more research on info before pre-ordering as my main question for any game before purchase is about the accessibility as we had text to speech in Valhalla and Mirage and hoping that they continued to keep that as it has made my gameplay more enjoyable being a blind gamer

Camera distant should be a option feature in the setting.
I prefer a more distant camera because I can see my who surrounding more and also see my character better. I mean to each their own, its a preference and also its a single player game
Tbh itll probs have a FOV option, i found Valhalla camera a bit too far for me so i just lowered the FOV

Anvil engine wasant so bad however it was for last gen consoles. We expected to see the engine updated to compliment our current gen consoles. It’s an instant buy for me.

I hope they have finally fixed their problem with the hair. The hair looks fantastic in the trailer. But in the gameplay in mirage, for example, the hair looks terrible. They always looked terrible. In 2024, it should be possible to make halfway realistic hair.

Yasuke was samurai in 16th century.
He was a samurai just not in the sense westerners think a "samurai" is. Samurai literally means "guard of the shogun" so any person employed to protect the leader, is in fact technically a samurai. A samurai doesnt have to fight in battle to be considered a samurai.

Putting a blade in the protagonist's hand, doesn't make her an assassin but another avenger like Eivor for example.
I dont expect Yeseke to parkour lol and about the Templar, the brotherhood and the order are welllllll hidden in the Shadows of the game. I wouldn't care less about the weather dynamics because for me is important to play an Assassin's Creed game and not an RPG game with the AC logo on.

I know it's hard for you Westerners to understand, but Japanese culture has been "ruined" so meny times. You know that acclaimed movie "The Last Samurai"? You can't even imagine how that would look in the eyes of the Japanese. The Last Samurai is still good, ronin47 was really bad. Westerners' vision of Japan is more Chinese. Or maybe not even Chinese. ngl. compared to these films, I think the portrayal in this game is pretty accurate so far.but I do think it sucks about political correctness these days, lol

Mirage was a huge success to Ubisoft. It infact caught up close to Valhalla sales but similar results were not seen with Mirage due to half of them playing the game using Ubisoft plus subsection. Either ways it was successful launch for Ubisoft

Samurai definition: a member of a powerful military caste in feudal Japan, especially a member of the class of military retainers of the daimyos. Yasuke was a samurai that didnt see battle. AC is known to stretch the truth in order to make interesting plots and storylines. Ppl angry about historical accuracy were never upset about odyssey, or about ezio seeking a magic apple, i dont get why ppl are hating so much on this game. Same people that turn a blind eye to every real injustice but all up in arms over a fictional game
Its about eliminating Asian men. Dont forget you play as a white Iranian guy in Assassins' Creed Jade, which takes place in China.
The fact there's been tons of ac games and none in asian setting till now when you had the opportunity to and then you put a black guy in the lead character. Why wasn't arno black or basin black? Pretty sure there were blacks in those places then.
