I spent the whole queue PRAYING I’d get this song and when I heard it come on I screamed so loud. I have barely any knowledge of guardians of the galaxy but this ride is one of my new favorites
I like how the Guardians of the Galaxy rides subtly poke fun at Disney's tropes when it comes to these rides. They make fun of the ominous build-up to the ride in Mission: Breakout, and in both they make fun of the "you're all heroes," trope by lampshading the fact that the riders did basically nothing of importance.
This was the song I got when I rode it yesterday! I thought its tempo perfectly fit with the pace of the ride, and it simply seemed like a song that connected well with the Guardians series! The only minor issue I have with the ride is we don't see what happens to the evil Celestial, Eson, in the end. The Nova Corps have him contained, but that clearly won't hold him for long, more like just a momentary distraction for him while we help the Guardians escape with the generator. Other than that, this is one of the best theme park rides I can ever recall riding in my entire life!
Eson is a celestial so it’d be hard to dispose of him, they probably just jump half way across the universe so he’d have to trek there making it near impossible for him to retrieve due to being limited by the speed of light
Very good POV. I just rode it this morning and this is the closest to the actual ride experience from all the ones I have seen. What a great ride! So glad EPCOT has a great coaster.
I love space mountain and this ride is space mountain on steroids, plus with an epic soundtrack. I’d love any of the songs honestly and will want to experience all of them! Also as an “old” EPCOT fan, the soundtrack plays homage to the 80’s futuristic sound. I love this. I’m also getting Horizons vibes with the huge star screens and the black and red color scheme in the beginning. Well done and I can’t wait to ride!
Rode this Tuesday. I think I died and my soul went to Heaven while I was on this ride. I was literally in tears by the end because of the euphoria. Disco Inferno made it 1000 times better.?💕💕

They need to add more hype 80s classics to better fit the intensity of the ride. Ex. Rock you like a hurricane by scorpions, let’s go crazy by prince, dont stop me now by queen, take on me by a-ha, you spin me right round by dead or alive (would fit the ride design itself too), and many more

i like how the Celestial is in this ride from the Eternals movie, he was in the first Eternals comic book by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee from the 1970s. it was so colorful compared to the movie we got, hopefully they get a director who has actually read that comic book to make the second movie, it has to pop with color and Kirby art style !
This is the best point of view video of this ride I’ve ever seen. Great job!! Still I will say, to anyone has never been on it, the videos do it no justice!!! It is 200% FUN and 0% scary. It’s like going to a dance party in outer space. I went on it twice and had my arms up dancing and singing the whole time and I am not a roller coaster person at all. This ride is Euphoric.
I rode it today and I was terrified lmao. I screamed so loud I felt so bad for everyone around me! I’m horrified of coasters and cried coming off of cobras curse at Busch gardens in Tampa and this was way more intense than that but instead of holding my breath I just screamed all I could do was laugh when I got off lol
When I went on, I think it had some technical difficulties and it paused for like a minute before the Big Bang, and in my opinion it made the ride better because you’re just sitting there like “there’s no way the ride just bro-AAAAA”
I got this song the second time I rode, I was absolutely having the time of my life while my mom was trying to not vomit. I didn’t even pay attention to what she was doing, I was just having fun.

This is the funniest song on the ride just because of how unexpected it is! I laughed my butt off when I heard the horn intro blare through the speakers 😂 The humor alone is very on brand for the franchise and is why this song deserves to be above the next 3. 4. September by Earth, Wind & Fire 🔥 Okay, this song is the banger of all bangers. It's super upbeat, it's a 70's staple and everyone loves it. It's on the second half of the list because the theming doesn't match all that much, but who cares when you can vibe out and sing along to every word?! 🙌 5. Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Tears for Fears - This song is an 80s classic and it's a vibe! There are some connections to the theming of the ride, but the energy is way too low and doesn't match the intensity of the coaster. 6. I Ran by A Flock of Seagulls - I'm sure there will be a lot of guests who appreciate hearing this song come on, but I felt that the energy and theming were not a good match for the ride. It’s not. The video may be deceiving. The closest thing I can think to describe how it feels is like being on a single person tube slide, but with the comfort, speed, and control of a super smooth coaster. From one moment to the next you don’t know which direction you’ll be facing as you go around turns or on hills or drops - including backwards (and not just backwards on the launch). Your car is programmed to rotate as you race along the track, which you can’t see because of the darkness and star effects. That coupled with the music, video projections, three-dimensional pieces (like the moon), and dialogue of the characters voicing out the mission they introduce in the preshow in sometimes wide-open cavernous areas (so you can get a good look at the really big projections) makes it immersive on a whole new level. I love coasters, and this is like nothing I’ve ever ridden. Amazing ride!

This is the clearest video I've seen of the ride. You can actually make out objects and walls and tracks in the dark
