One thing I dont understand: how do the chinese still pronounce words the right way even when they feel emotional while talking ? for example when they are about to laugh after/during a sentence

Hey the word use to be used as "young lady" but the meaning changed to prostitute or "slut". So now you should rather use 女士 nu shi for young lady.
