Even if it's a private road, because it is shared access to other businesses, AO can't control who uses it.
That was my understanding also, both (or all) companies would need to restrict access when it's shared - the reasoning being that you have implied right of access by any and all of them until withdrawn by each and every owner.
Definitely gave the key ring to early.

That's a cool app showing the road being open to the public , the A O Recycling staff claiming it to be private were clearly misinformed .To be fair they appear to have a tidy operation , but need to improve their image by engage the public respectfully . As usual a great audit .

@@keithpop3097no one owns air space, you might build a twenty storey building you own the building but not the airspace surrounding it. Drone pilots and any other aircraft pilots are required to keep a reasonable safe distance hence why DJ etc do not go below roof height of these company building. Safety.

The black items in the roll on roll off are air compressor tanks from AC or fridge units

Private landowners can issue parking fines if cars are parked illegally, but they can't legally clamp cars.
@@chrisyates6549fines are only from courts, private land owners and councils issue penalties. Signs have to be clear and visible which form the contract if you drive or park on said land. To clamp they would require a sign visible to be able to do it legally. 😊 See black belt barrister for accurate law definitions 😊

The purpose of fences and barriers is to keep people from coming on private property and mark the boundary of their property. DJ does his home work 👍

The metal towers at the nitrogen tank are economisers they turn liquid nitrogen from the tank into a gas. It was ice that fell from the top as they get very cold when AO are using lots of nitrogen gas.

Isn't the erected gate a clear case of land grabbing.....that is council property and doesn't belong to either company. This should be reported to the local council as it's a criminal act.

8:20 In answer to your question DJ, they are fridge pumps, to pump the coolant round the (usually black) system of cooling fins & pipes on the back of fridges/freezers.
