Matcha is amazing health wise, I didn't expect to, but I was blown away even the first time with hoe much energy I got, but calm energy and how much better I felt 2 weeks later. A month later even my metabolism changed for the better. I also think better, my mind is clearer... blown away
that's true, I purchased some ceremonial grade matcha and its flavors naturally without adding sugar tastes "vegetable-y/brothy" or with a hint of grass, not saying that's a bad thing though. edit: changed from culinary grade to ceremonial; double checked my tea

I always thought matcha was made in hot milk, that is what iv always done. Is that not right? Either way it is yummy and add some honey also and delicious
hello sir i am starting to change from green tea to matcha but another problem arised as there are different grades of matcha, may i know where the cheaper (culinary grade) does the job for weight loss as well as the more expensive (ceremonial grade). so far my research from internet it doesn't say much about the nutrition value of the 2 grades, only taste
yes the taste is the big difference between the two grades. The high grade matcha is naturally smooth and sweet whereas the lower grade really needs to be mixed into milk or sugar. The nutrient contents will also be lower on the lower grades, but I suppose you can use more
@@jfree2739 sounds good! You can also add this to things. We would recommend going for the latte grade matcha here: nioteas.com/products/latte-matcha-100g?_pos=3&_sid=0fbb887a8&_ss=r
you can grind the tea leaves but it will become extremely bitter. Matcha is made from leaves designed to be smooth and naturally sweet when ground, that's why it is so expensive. You can try the noike matcha from us, it's much more affordable and it is nice and smooth: nioteas.com/products/matcha-tea-noike

Gyojuro is very tasty, especially with lower temp water. Matcha has an amazing effect on the body, but I am still experimenting with taste
I always thought matcha was made in hot milk, that is what iv always done. Is that not right? Either way it is yummy and add some honey also and delicious
this is a modern way to do it. traditionally matcha is just mixed with hot water
Thank you! That answered a lot of my questions.
Im so glad you liked it! We have many other videos about different tea topics as well

Could it have a laxative effect??
Yes, on an empty stomach - definitely
Best to buy from companies with no lead or arsenic
yes whether the matcha is made in Japan vs. China is generally a good indication of this as historically they have had much stricter standards
What is the matcha brand used here?
we get the matcha directly from the farmers we meet with and sell it here: nioteas.com/collections/ceremonial-matcha

But then there’s higher chance of getting fake stuff, right? It’s like buying a hamburger not knowing what percent of actual beef is in it.
you mean with matcha powder?
Matcha is green tea. There is no difference.
yes it is, but I thought I'd discuss the difference between matcha and a more common green tea like Sencha
It tastes awful
Nah
Matcha Is delicious
U JUST have SKILL issue
If it tastes awful, it's the way you're brewing it, or the leaves or powder being not good quality
