45 minutes and I would like to learn how to produce Retrowave. I've used FL Studio and open to other methods. Are you all hardware or do you use a DAW? What DAW??? I totally dig the 80s synth sound and interested in how you achieve it. Maybe you can make a tutorial and attract another audience group, music producers. I think they would support you better than the average listener, because they know it takes time, creativity, technique, and more to produce music. I was a bass player in a band and admit it's challenging to keep multiple musicians working well together and without outside factors interfering. This one-band type of music is the way to go!!! I want to learn!!! Your music has some much darker sounds than the retrowave I've been listening to. Much love and respect from a music lover. Wish my passion could correlate as more than only 1 like.
You! I like you! Im also very curious how to produce retrowave/synthwave tracks too.I'm a producer myself, i use Ableton and i can pretty much guess the sound design here. Lots and lots of analogic synths here, gating and a bunch of compression on the drums. You can check U-he's Diva for starters,the factory bank is loaded with lots of analogic-type synths,basses and leads. About the technique...you can pretty much use your ear for starters, even though every genre has his own tricks :)
I can suggest you to try Arturia Analog Factory for old synths. Drums are compressed and often there is gated reverb on snares. LinnDrum is good for old sound as for it is old drum machine, but you need to work with sound too (EQ, compression etc). Also you may try Sylenth and Superwave Bundle for more synths. I really adore this music :)

Great Mix. Thanks for posting. However, one major complaint: When you blended the songs "Remember" and "Future Club", then "Future Club" with "Midnight Case" the sound was totally cacophonous. I had to turn it off at that point. Pro tip: Just let one song end, then start the next. The only way that blending can possibly work is if the two songs are in the same key and have the same tempo.
take the lyrics out and this would be perfect, I listen to this music for the music I don't need the little quotes throughout the songs repeating and repeating, seriously good shit tho, just take those lyrics out
