It’s awesome when people react this way and engage so positively. It’s especially impressive when they are so enthusiastic and passionate about their employer and the business they are part of. It makes you want to learn what the company is doing so well and replicate it.
The Cleaner needs to know that he is one of the most important people on site. The MD could vanish for a week and no one would notice. If the Cleaner is out for a day the place would stop. Such a nice chap.
Big up the the cleaner , proper gentleman , As for fussy pants in his car failed to introduce himself before marking his claimed territory and running away . who are yer ?
The ACS units were constructed 2018. Nice building and fine cordial staff. Solar added last year can generate about 1000 kWh/day and 10000 ft2 extension added at the rear. Great chat and video ⭐⭐⭐⭐
At last a video where I can help you. The machine with 3 arms on is a "Coil Holder", a coil is literally a roll of strip metal, that could be 200-300mts long. It's place on the Coil Holder and slowly unwound, the brake disc applies drag on the metal to prevent it from unwinding like a clock spring. It (the strip of metal) is in a continuous strip goes from there to a set of rollers that remove the curvature of the metal, making it become flat. Then it passes into a punching machine (Power press) where it has parts punched out of the strip. That was the hammering sound you could hear. From there the parts may go to a press brake to be formed (bent up). The pallets you could see were pallets of material (metal up to 3000x1250mm) that go onto a Turret Press (Pullmax or Trumpf probably), where by moving the sheet around and using various punches, components are punched out, which again can be press braked (bent) into components if required. Nice of the chap come out and be an ambassador to the company.
The wind miil looking thing with the disc brake is I suspect for holding a spool of banding strap that they use to secure the bricks to the pallets via a machine.
Nice video BP. I'm particularly looking forward to the next one (if I've got my assumptions right) - where you do Symingtons. Going to be interesting to see what kind of reaction you get there!
Thanks for the upload. As another commenter mentioned. If someone doesnt id themselves or their role. You dont need to follow their instructions. But this wasnt one of those type of vids. So it was understandalble. Anyway best of luck.and once again thanks👍
Cleaner drives a Skoda. I'm surprised they're still in business. I remember them from the seventies - JUNK! Skodas were rusted out in twelve months. Let's hope they use waterproof paint these days.
@@MrRoyaldudeness That's good to hear. But then, they couldn't get any worse than the rust buckets they were. Skoda and Lada were in constant competition to produce the cheapest, most unreliable car possible. Glad to hear they've improved.

I love it when you run into friendly people BP you can tell you really get to be yourself rather than having a confrontation and having your gaurd up
I disagree I come here for the fracas 😂😂
That cleaner needs to give PR lessons to the guy in the car.
The Cleaner gentleman was very knowledgeable and a great ambassador for the company, well done sir ;-)

Well I've never ever seen anyone approach like that last guy and say "I just wondered if it's ok to ask what you're doing" brilliant really nice guy.
Top man, a credit to the company, give him a raise.
Thought that the cleaner was a lovely guy. A definite asset to the company 😊😊

Nice bloke at the end. Nice and refreshing what you have an interaction like that. 😂😊
Great video mate. Nice polite staff generally and the cleaner (I think?) was amazing, what a nice guy
ACS should be proud and we wish you luck 👌🏻
As amusing as the argy-bargy can be, I do like a friendly employee willing to engage. Leaves the videos on a good note.
Very nice chap at the end great representation of the company unlike the walloper with the car 😂
Another brilliant video BP
Glad you enjoyed it

excellent info! thanks!
The brake on the back of the de reeler is to unwind a certain amount, stop, cut it off, and then continue.

The dog ends are probably down that drain where you were standing by the Site Safety sign.
A nice golden trophy winner 🏆 , p.s what about the rear t-shirt print update 😊. Still loving the mug definitely lasts the dishwasher 👍

Skoda is owned by VW for many years. They are not cheap cars in Germany! Have a good reputation. Just sayin.
