    Your like one out of 100 people on here that mentioned RIGHT size in torque and socket. Everyone else was worrying about looking good on camera.🤣 Thank you!

      Haha, yea I try not to worry about that I’ll just get upset with myself.

    Keep it up, I used the higher stage airbag connector to mine. The thought being, the higher stage is all I had on the stock airbag.

      Thanks! I need a later e36 clock spring to get the airbag wired, as well as one with steering wheel controls.

    I have a flat e46 M3 steering -I have radio delete my e36 so I don’t care about non of the functions except horn I might try this after twin calipers and hydro install finish

    Love this , what persons have actually done tho is put the e39 steering wheel with multifunction buttons on using the e39 slip ring to make the buttons work with the radio. Airbag is always the complication tho. Gonna do it to mine too so i would love to see how u get the buttons to work man! Awesome vid

    • @LowBoostFilms
      @LowBoostFilms  2 года назад +1

      Thanks! It will be harder for me considering I didn’t have the buttons to begin with so I will have to make my own wiring harness for that. But I would like to do it at some point, I would also love to make one of those buttons a scramble Boost button lol

    Need to ask, did u just cut the original plug for the airbag coming from the slipring of and weld it together with the wires of the airbag that got same color? or you found a solution for that? i just bought what i though was an e36 steering wheel for my e36 cab with 4spoke like yours, and ended up with EXACTLY same wires and problems as you got..

    i tried mine today but i am stuck and i cant figure it out .There must something i am missing. I cut off the airbag plug, i trimmed the inside also. Where did you mount the bracket on? on the black plastic of the clockspring or on the white? If i mount it on the black plastic of the clockspring when i turn the wheel the horn plug gets pulled.Hope you understand what i wrote.

    • @LowBoostFilms

      The horn plug should stay out that’s what the clock spring I found a hole to use the original screws to bolt the spring to, and feed the horn wire through
