Guys that are incredibly entertaining and aren't playing for TV, aren't pandering to fans, who are fun to listen to with great stories. It would be incredibly fun to have shows that cross pollinate sports. Put Sapp with Pete Rose, Gary Payton, Bernard Hopkins, guys who say exactly what they think and will tell stories without filter.
