@@bellevuesnekkeri Second game changer was a strong air assist with the 0.4 mm nozzle. I would consider these two upgrades (+ Lightburn) as fundamental.

you should redesign the mount with box joints for easier assembly.
after all, laser cut makes the box joints easy, so why not use it?
