Downloading FreeCAD and Navigating the Help

I download FreeCAD 0.21.2 from the FreeCAD homepage ( www.freecad.org ) and walk through some of the ways to get help. These include navigating the Documentation index ( wiki.freecad.o... ) and visiting some popular youtube channels including
