I went to a wedding in rajesthan once. Every village has some special food that they are famous for - usually a sweet. My family took me to a shop which sold the local speciality - and i was going to try some but i saw 2 of the cooks pick their nose and then they carried on rolling the sweets - so I refused to have some and everyone was baffled by my reluctance - and i saw them all eating the gross nose boogger sweets!

Parsi Da Dhaba serves very good parsi food,,,try out their Sali par Idu and Chicken Farcha,,,better then Hotel Ahura or any other parsi restaurant

Spot on...as a food show host this chap needs to have some basic food handling knowledge.
Please Kunal stop licking your fingers on the show,the fare may be too tasty,but you must refrain from doing this act.It puts me and many others off.
