they have got a few you tubers... and its not a "complete" scam ... they do plant a tree, but you don't really own the land and the title is not given by the queen,therefore not legitimate, just a title given by the actual land owner... more of a sham, 😆
@@Burn77oas7 we can't even be 100% sure that they plant the trees, as they have no legitimate proof of giving money to the one tree planted/other charities.

the video exposing them mentioned they're partnered with a 3rd party for tree planting but no actual proof they donate to it let alone how much from each purchase even goes to that.
for all we know they could take like .01 cent from every purchase for the trees. lol
As a Scottish person seeing established titles everywhere annoyed the hell out of me. Me and my pals have been talking about how fake it is for ages now so glad it's finally came out.
I bought one for my sister as a joke years ago (not sure it was ET for sure been too long), but I never thought there were people taking it seriously.

Ended up refunding my established titles purchase. Used the money on highland titles instead. At least with them I can go and get an actual and authentic tour and all that jazz. They’re the ones who’re legit

@@Linnzy i know, i vaguely remembered a similar scam when I saw them starting sponsoring everyone a couple of months ago but figured it was a legit company this time, i did a little digging and two years ago they were outed as a scam but I guess people forgot (as did i)
I'm just putting all youtubers who advertise established titles in my "do not buy from them" list, if they'll advertise this obvious scam, what else will they try and sell me that'll be utter BS?

Jazza is next ZHC. Clickbait tile, low effort content and scummy sponsorship.
The trees were likely painted onto the wood with powdered ammonium chloride, dissolved into water, invisible until you apply heat, (i.e. the sparklers) after which, a chemical reaction takes place, and burns the wood (wherever the ammonium chloride was painted) . TKOR has a great video in the technique, from 4 years ago: "Burn Pictures Into Wood!"

That is called fractal wood burning and it is so dangerous there are more than 30 people that have died from it. Ann on the channel how to cook that made a really in depth video about it. You tube actually tried to demonetize the video at first.

Reminder that the Establishing titles sponsored ships is a scam. Obviously Jazza hasn’t found out about this yet, but I highly recommend not to put your money into it.

Scottish laws don’t work the way they are promising and there is no evidence of them planting trees or donating money to companies that do plant trees.

At first when I saw the title image, my heart sank because I thought Jazza was doing Fractal Burning. I was thinking, "No, no! He knows Anne Reardon; did he not see her video on how it is extremely dangerous?!" I was immediately put at ease when I realized it was with sparklers. Phew!

But then was immediately saddened he and his team had also gotten scammed by the Established Titles scam going around RUclips these days. I hope he rectifies that quickly.

Might be good to look into that shady Establish Titles sponsorship. As of recently they are being called out and exposed for being a scam. Some content creators already cut ties with them, edited the sponsor ship from previos videos and made apology videos.
Take your own advice. They are a legitimate charity and do provide funding for planting trees. The issue is that people did not fully understand what the "titles" actually were.
Jazz, you fell for a scam, you may as well have bought a star while also being wrong about Scottish history and culture. You aren't a lord, you can't buy a Scottish title. I'm a Scottish descendant, who has family in Scotland and they aren't lords or ladies, and as I study Western Europe history, it hurts and angers me to see such a scam grab people

If you’ve ever seen one of those ‘DIY invisible ink’ posts they show you can write or draw with lemon juice, then heat it over a candle and the dried juice will turn brown (due to the sugar content I believe) revealing the message. I think that’s how they’ve done that video, drawing the trees with lemon juice then letting the heat from the sparkler reveal it

Or milk. Milk as invisible ink was quite popular in the past and goes brown on lower temperature I suppose. I've played with this when I was a kid, it was a while ago, and I don't remember actually what was better, milk or juice. So may be I am wrong, but we have one more option at least.

I would like to think that people would do research before spreading false comments. They are a legitimate charity and do provide funding for tree planting. The issue is that the "titles" weren't clear as to what that meant.
Great video as always but you should really drop the Established Titles sponsorship. Also the Kamikoto knives are owned by the same company that owns Established Titles so it might be worth reconsidering that sponsor as well.

0:49 I think they used the invisible Ink Effect by drawing the Trees wit Lemon Juice. So it became visible due to the heat of the Sparklers.

really shady company with really shady owners, they do not plant trees only "donate some money " but no proof of them doing that.
Scootish customs does not actually give you lord or lady by owning land and you actually dont own that land scootish law is you cant sell or own land that small.

From what i gather, Essential titles is essentially just like an NFT. You dont own land, arent a lord, you just own a receipt and a falsified letter saying youre a lord.
People saying it is a scam are misinformed. The issue with this charity (which i think you understand) is that the "titles" weren't explained properly and people were misinformed. Established titles is a legitimate charity and do provide funding for tree planting. But people don't do their own research and instead just listen to the same 3 youtube videos and 3 articles on it.

@K T Mal the people who were sponsored were failing to mention that the titles people would receive were not legitimate, that fall under false advertising, yes on their website they did state that to be the case

You should give the board a quick sanding to take off the soot from the surface..
If you sand down the first skull it'll probably define it and look super cool. Where the sparklers were burned hotter and deeper, so you should be able to get rid of the superficial burn to get a tighter skull.
While I was disappointed to see this sponsor here, I will say that Jazza is the only creator I have heard utter the word novelty in their ad read. Had all the other creators gone from that wordage perhaps this would not even be an issue.
He at first said it was "legal" then said it was novel. So it still doesn't negate the fact that they are a scam and he as well of many others have been scammed out of their hard earned money

I never saw the original video and haven't made it all the way through this yet, just at the sparkler-poops... but looking at the toasty tree lines and hearing lemon juice makes me think to secret writing... when you draw with lemon juice or milk (using a cotton swab or other method), allow it to dry, then heat it in the oven to reveal the drawing/writing.... that's what seeing those deers and trees makes me think of.. pre-drawing and allowing the heat to burn it into visibility.
When I was a teen, we used to film aquanet hairspray on glass and light it on fire, then merge the cells together. It was fun until the glass cracked 🙃

The burning of the skull was actually pretty dope. With some cool backdrop, more set in darkness and maby having some color filter/additive to make the flame other color, it could look freaking awesome. Also,should probably film it with more frames like slowmotion. It definitely got potential in the way it creep burns. Hestly giving me lots of ideas. Maby make a sculpture out of steel wool and give it a ignition to make the ember crawl through it.
Having Rob with a fire extinguisher on standby really calmed my nerves *has flashbacks to the last time jazza played with sparklers* xD

I did this a few years back when I was younger with a friend on his front porch, it left the black residue in the cement. 4-5 years later I'm sure it may still be there.

What i love about these kinds of videos with jazza is he makes sure to approach them safely and he makes sure people know not to try this. At least not without the same safety measures he himself took
It might be cool to have a wire armature surprise inside a "poop" that you burn away to reveal. Like a wire emoji or dinosaur or pokemon or something that is then covered by the poops. Or, say, you make a wire charmander whose tail you light on fire. Ya know, classic yard ornament stuff but with clay fire.
The skull on the plywood reminds me of Rob. I think it is because of the rough edges, that can read as short hair and a beard. I really like that you really tried to get something out of the materials.
I'm really waiting for the day Scotland announces that everyone who own land there must pay taxes. 😂

I don’t think most people in the comment section realize how sponsorships work. He’s already agreed to it and already made the video. He can’t delete that part of the video or anything like that. Sponsorships are paid and are done in advance. So all this stuff recently found out would of happened after he already shot and agreed to the sponsorship. So for this one video he can’t get rid of the sponsorship but he doesn’t have to do it for other videos or take them in again, unless his contract was for multiple videos.
The thing is, this "recently found out" just means someone recently took the minimum effort to research the company.
There was no recent leak or news about the company. Everyone could've find the information at any point before accepting the sponsor.

@@stargirl7646 Its the most recent "large" youtuber video to feature it, Problem is that peddling false information and assisting scammers is a huge problem when you have that large of a following, which is why you should research what you "support".

It's always weird seeing these videos this time of year and they are in shorts and drinking slushies. It can be so miserable this time of year in the US, so it's nice to think someone somewhere is enjoying the weather.

When I was in high school in photography class (back before there were digital cameras) we made art with sparklers using timed exposures. That was really cool. But beyond that I have no idea how you would actually do it (I am sure you can do it with digital cameras too - it was just a LONG time ago when we did it). I love that you show how this is fake - you are like Ann Reardon for art.

I think the original video used the wood burning craft pens to draw the design then lit the sparklers to activate the chemical in the predrawn pen liquid to make the tree designs. The wood burning craft pen goes on clear & is activated by a heat gun. You should see if these pens are available in your area.
Along the same vein, you should look into gun powder art. It looks like it's a lot easier to work with then sparkler dust. 😀
