I love the fails! They're definitely interesting to see how they market their mlms. Very interesting. Hope you're loving it in the new space! Happy Monday and have a great week!
I recognize the first “coach” because I unfollowed her after she posted something saying “So glad I could rescue my dogs from a home where the owner works 9-5”. I lost it. What a statement. So what, I’m a bad dog owner now for working a 9-5? Or a bad dog owner for not signing up for your “opportunity”? I cannot. Dogs are sitting in shelters or abused but I’m a bad dog owner for rescuing mine from a shelter and providing for her in a well-paying job. 🙄
For real 😂 there are millions of homeless dogs, and only so many work-from-home jobs or households of 2+ people that survive on one income, so most dogs will be alone at some point in the day. I think my dog would rather sit in his cage for a few hours of overlap between me going to work and my boyfriend getting home than he would for me to not work and us be homeless and have no food or shelter or AC 😂
I work a corporate 9-5 job that I can work from home from time to time...my dad gets annoyed when I work from home lol He loves having a routine and alone time, and then when I come home we go for walks or to the park and he loves that!
Other benefits of working a 9-5 vs MLM: - health insurance - paid time off - HR (to report unethical behavior) - retirement - actual opportunities to grow/make more money I mean I could go on.
“Overcoming objections” is basically gaslighting. Convincing people their reality isn’t actually reality. And it’s a load of bullsh!t and I dare any hun to try it on me.
THIS. Real companies don't do "overcoming objections" either. If you apply for a job and they offer you a position and you tell them you changed your mind because you don't have time or whatever it is, they aren't going to try and overcome those "objections" (a.k.a. legitimate reasons), they're just going to find a different candidate for the position ;P
Just wanna state right off the bat that 20-25% of the world's population lives with a disability. So the first lady saying that 99.9% of population can participate in what she provides is just wrong. Also, it's not a "big red flag" if people can't join her with a "healthy lifestyle change" -- that's demeaning and ableist language. Your version of healthy might not be OUR version of healthy. That is NOT a big red flag -- we're just disabled and have different medical needs than you. Get away with that mindset. We are not ashamed of being disabled and not being able to "join you". We're people too. Sheesh.
If you’re married, I think an MLM should most certainly be something decided on together - or (preferably) not at all. If my husband joined an MLM without telling me, and vice versa, it would be divorce papers :p And a psychological evaluation
You would divorce your partner for making a stupid mistake!?? Yikes. Talking first might be more satisfying and logical. If you were just being hyperbolic then my bad carry on
I totally agree with your perspective on making financial decisions in a marriage/family. Although both ppl in marriage are independent people, making the commitment of a marriage definitely changes dynamics so it's important to consider your "other half's" perspective or advice.
Says she doesn't offer professional help....but then goes on to state that she provides nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle...things that should be provided by professionals who have the proper education and training to provide that advice. What is healthy for one person isn't necessarily healthy for another person.
“Someone’s always making a cut off of what you do” ummm no. It’s interesting to me that MLM Huns seem to talk about corporate jobs that they have no experience in, but say you shouldn’t judge an MLM unless you’ve been in one. Hypocritical much? Great video as always, can’t wait to finish it ❤️
For real 😂I work at Walmart at the deli counter, and I don't make money off of customers or how much meat I cut in a day or how many chicken tenders I sell. My pay is hourly. So if we have no customers for 3 hours, I still get paid the same as I would if I cut/served/sold $200 worth of food in an hour. And my team lead also doesn't make more if I sell more food in a day. So yeah, there isn't always someone getting a cut of what you do 😂
The argument that these mlms actually have 9-5 workers in corporate is sooo good! I've never seen a mlm rep's take on this.. I wonder if they could actually answer without changing the topic honestly. Why would the workers prefer to be in corporate too if they had the chance to be a mlm millionaire through this amazing opportunity that they already know about lol
Funny because I personally know a Beachbody “Superstar” that is on a work vacation/beachbody convention right now and turned it into an anniversary trip by bringing her husband along with her👀😂. Feel like they should definitely be two different things not just “killing two birds with one stone”
Holy fuuuk that video of the rep putting the lotion on her split end had me dying 😂😂😂 Anyone who thinks you can put lotion on your split ends and it magically mends back together in seconds should NOT be selling haircare
That first video, it sounded like the girl was basically saying that if you aren't willing to make a lifestyle change then you need professional help... like, psychological help? Lol I could be wrong, but that's how it sounded. As a CPT and certified behavioral change specialist, there are stages of change in which someone is simply not ready to make the changes yet. That doesn't necessarily mean they need "professional" help... they're just not at the point where they will make the changes yet, regardless of how easy or simple you make those changes. No one should be made to feel guilty for that lol
I've noticed a LOT of BeachBody coaches (mostly ones that have been in it for a while) look underweight... if they aren't getting enough calories and they're working out sometimes rather vigorously it explains why.
It does make a ton of sense if someone is following the nutrition plans and sticking to the calories that are given. It more than likely is having people under eat.
Plus if they aren't getting enough calories they may not be able to think clearly and also may feel anxious which in turn could put them under increased pressure to stay in the mlm trying to recruit

Hey Deanna, great video. It would be fantastic (if you wouldn't mind) adding a trigger warning for people about calories and weight numbers in your first fail.
When I was a “coach” and did 21 day fix, I worked a pretty active job, did my 21 day fix workouts and strictly stuck to my plan and I was so malnourished, exhausted, angry, short tempered and lost 3 lbs through the whole thing. That’s it.

To the point of 'save a mom, save a family': I do a lot of micro lending (kiva.org) and have read a lot about it. Micro lending means that I lend relatively small amounts, a few hundred or less, to a person in a 3rd world country to (for example) buy a sewing machine. Then they are able to start sewing things to sell and will be able to support their family. They've done studies and most loans given to women end up supporting the family or education of the family. Loans to men often build businesses...BUT the profits are less often spent on the family. So.... I lend to women in order to save families. I do not not take money from women to save families!
I forgot how much I enjoy listening to you 😅 Finally had my hip surgery and fell behind on all my subs. So excuse me while I binge your recent videos 💖
GLUE? Glues the hair together? Oh heck no. That would be like glueing eyelashes on but telling people I healed my lashes 🤣 no sense is made with that product haha
Deanna, I just found and subcribed to your awesome channel about a week ago. I love your humor, intelligence, expressions, content (esp. mlm fails and awkward team calls) and your natural look. Thank you for all the great entertainment! You are killing it!
Completely agree about the financial decisions discussion with your partner. My husband and I would agree to discuss any purchase over $20 at the beginning of our marriage when we were living paycheck to paycheck. Now we discuss anything over $50. We each have a budget of fun money, so we can spend that each month without discussion, but once that is gone, anything over $50 warrants a discussion.
Would love videos on the differences between affiliate links and MLM's, I think it would be great for everyone to have a layman's breakdown between the two. Also, I like using affiliate links that people I follow share with us. I feel like it's giving a two thumbs up and helps to keep the content coming. If I'm thinking of purchasing the product anyway, why not support someone I appreciate, ya know? Lol the bloopers 😂
Omg that first girl...I wonder what she would say to me if I told her that I'm perfectly happy with my body as is? I go to an esthetician for my skin, I do pole for fitness, and I eat intuitively. But in terms of my body shape, idc. I think it would just break her mind lol.
Good video per usual. Also... OMG that one about saving a mama.. gtf outta here! haha. I love your vids though girl. Definitely would watch a reaction to their training if you can find it! Also, she TOTALLY twisted that piece of hair in the reel lol.
Farmasi have 17 ranks???? I’ve looked at their compensation plan and, in order to rank up at the Platinum level, you need to have 4 people that are in the Director level in your downline AND have a group volume of 20 k. Unless you’re early in the company, it’s pretty much impossible.
I was just looking at a Facebook friends posts & she is knee deep in her mlm & was posting bout how her child didn’t get school grades coz of covid but went on to say don’t worry I didn’t get grades either you don’t need them if you have great work ethic. 🤦🏼♀️😩 🛑
I can’t stand when they say that “I don’t have time” is an objection to overcome. That’s not how I want to spend my time. That’s cool that you worked three jobs and choose to add something else to the mix it I like my free time. I like that I can leave work at work and I don’t want to do more.
Love when these claims say “mends split ends” like what 😂 that’s not a thing. Maybe a wax? But it would wash out 💀cut off the ends. Edit: you said that right after😂
I've been married for 6 years, with him for 13 years. It took us a long time and a lot of communication to get on the same page with finances, but we very rarely buy anything without telling each other first. Even if it's a pair or leggings or going out to eat. In my opinion, not being on the same page with finances can really ruin a relationship.
I just had a friend who sells for monat post a similar "pyramid" of regular jobs with the ceo at the top and employees at the bottom. All I can do is shake me head... Some people just don't get it.

I absolutely think you should discuss it with your significant other. Choices like that ultimately impact both of you, so it should be discussed between the two of you.
My company has an employee referral bonus program. If I refer any RN and they are hired and stay a certain period of time or completes a contract I can be given from $500-$1000. I have made those bonuses before, and why companies ask if anyone's referred you.
The first girl who thinks needing “professional help” is an insult 🙃 Trying to guilt people into not wanting to be one of those people who can’t do it. When some people literally physically or mentally can’t do it. What a boomer attitude.
The lady in the second video sounds like she wants to convince herself, her breathing and tone of voice sounds stressed. That is what these mlm’s do to people they leave people burned out and broke.
Not everyone can access the Beachbody virtual summit this year. You have to have been a coach to access unfortunately bc I am interested as well what BS is said LOL
Yesss, please people, go to a certified dietician and don't follow all the random advise from insta... It can be very bad for your body but also for your mental health 💮
I’ve had to ask for forgiveness from my husband for hiding taking a loan before we were married. I had a very hard time asking for financial help from him before we were married (not sure where it comes from). He wasn’t really mad but more just disappointed that I felt I couldn’t come to him and had to hide it. We worked together to pay it off and I’m so thankful for his understanding nature. If I hid something from him again I can guarantee he’d be rightfully upset. Money is the biggest cause for divorce so their logic can be very damaging at the least and detrimental to marriages at the absolute worst.
About the first woman, just because someone doesn’t think your program will work for them, doesn’t mean they need “help”. That’s so demeaning and belittling. Not every program is going to work for everyone no matter what for so many reasons. And beachbody is definitely not gonna work for everybody. In my humble professional opinion, it sucks :)
Haha I have the CC on because I don't hear well sometimes and it keeps saying Emma Lemmers whenever you say "MLMers" I can't stand that Emma Lemmers she's no good. Lol
I wonder how many huns actually have had to make time because I have a high stress/high responsibility 9-5 jobs, in college full time, a toddler, and a deployed partner… and I have maybe 2 hours of free time a day which I use to eat and shower. They live in a fantasy world.
I’m not sure this person realizes the hypocrisy here. They’re saying they’re not a medical professional and acknowledging the limitations is their scope, then saying that they provide guidance for a healthy lifestyle… do you see it? With consideration to this persons limited scope, why would this person be able to guide anyone to a healthy lifestyle? Why would they be qualified for that? There has to be a name for this fallacy.
If the Monat rep really loves their products, then why do they need to fool people? If they like the product, then they like it. They can't bring people to buy it if it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. A thing that no product has ever done. There are haircare products that supposedly mend the hair. It's like gluing or taping the splits together. It was years ago that some companies that would have tv commercials said this. The trend of haircare products being able mend split ends. Though I heard that if they did anything, it was the gluing/taping of the split. Like how people use a teabag to mend a split nail. It works, but the nail is still split. It just makes it that the person doesn't have to cut their nail while it's growing long again. Same goes for these split end repair products. Though it looks like the Monat one didn't do anything, but it might not be an instant thing. It's just not gonna make the hair strand back to normal. They should say "mend" split ends. That would be more likely to happen. Though this is just my opinion.
I am playing catchup on videos I have missed. I have been an occasional viewer and love your stuff. But damn I am months behind?! Yikes. Bad fan. Well get ready for one more view on your past content. Lol
I should be eating 860 calories per day. Hm. I suspect I would lose my period in about three months, and I would have long-term health issues after about four to five months. Sounds awesome, where do I sign up?
I kind of understand their point with "direct selling." Yes an MLM rep is selling "directly" to someone the same way an influencer/content creator is selling "directly" to their audience. The difference is the model that supports this "direct selling." One is a professional relationship one is a scam. Sorry not sorry.

Omg perfect timing! I needed a good video to keep me company while I clean!
So happy I could keep you company!!!!
Hearing you talk about the UPF/21DF triggered my PTSD from doing it 💀💀💀
I forgot how much I enjoy listening to you 😅
Finally had my hip surgery and fell behind on all my subs. So excuse me while I binge your recent videos 💖
Side note: my "corporate job" gave me paid time off for my surgery and recovery and I still get my vacation time too 🤪
I can confirm that the mender does in fact glue your hair together. But it’s glue. And it doesn’t last long. 🙂
GLUE? Glues the hair together? Oh heck no. That would be like glueing eyelashes on but telling people I healed my lashes 🤣 no sense is made with that product haha
@@DeannaMims6 lmao exactly! It doesn’t fix the problem at all, it conceals it
Deanna, I just found and subcribed to your awesome channel about a week ago. I love your humor, intelligence, expressions, content (esp. mlm fails and awkward team calls) and your natural look. Thank you for all the great entertainment! You are killing it!
Aww thank you so much!
Lol the bloopers 😂
thank you for blessing us with two of these this month!! i live for your content ❤️
Omg the split end one had me face palming so hard omg 🤦🏻♀️
MLM Monday. Such a fascinating subject. Thanks!!
👏🏻👏🏻
its so frustrating to see how much work people put into their mlm when they could be putting that work into creating their own ACTUAL business...
Agreed about the split end, I was just thinking it then you said it!
"I don't give professional advice, I just give advice on things a real professional should be advising on."
I used to give the “I don’t have time” answer to try and let ppl down lightly but now I’m just mean and say I don’t want to spend my time losing money
That video ending 😂😂😂🙌🏻
yea i don’t want to be working while on vacation also 51:28 😂💀🤣😂 …
go get some chips lol
Maybe I’m just craving chips 🤣
The bloopers 😂😂
Omg…1300 calories is breakfast. Lol
Farmasi have 17 ranks???? I’ve looked at their compensation plan and, in order to rank up at the Platinum level, you need to have 4 people that are in the Director level in your downline AND have a group volume of 20 k. Unless you’re early in the company, it’s pretty much impossible.
I love the bloopers LOL
Thought I’d add em in 🤣🤣
I was just looking at a Facebook friends posts & she is knee deep in her mlm & was posting bout how her child didn’t get school grades coz of covid but went on to say don’t worry I didn’t get grades either you don’t need them if you have great work ethic.
Edit: you said that right after😂
The Ultimate Portion Fix sounds like it will end up starving you. Your dietitian knows what works, not a "coach" with no qualifications.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
There was an ad for Beachbody right before this video 😂
Quote of the day “hustle while shitting on the toilet “
OMG🤣🤣🤣
I've been married for 6 years, with him for 13 years. It took us a long time and a lot of communication to get on the same page with finances, but we very rarely buy anything without telling each other first. Even if it's a pair or leggings or going out to eat. In my opinion, not being on the same page with finances can really ruin a relationship.
Enjoy your new home! Make your nest anew Deana!
Thank you 🤍🤍
"I don't provide professional help" lol Why is she being so condescending and snotty tho?
I just had a friend who sells for monat post a similar "pyramid" of regular jobs with the ceo at the top and employees at the bottom. All I can do is shake me head... Some people just don't get it.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Love your videos girl!!! I'm a fairly new subscriber!! Early squad!! May I ask what the tattoo on your inner bicep area says?? I love it!
Hey hey!!! It’s a Bible verse! Philippians 4:13 🤍
@@DeannaMims6 awesome!! I wanna know what it actually says though!! I guess I could just Google it. I'm just lazy :p Going to check it out now! Thanks so much for the reply! You're great! ♡
@@DeannaMims6 just Googled it!! Absolutely love it! Ok time to finish your video now :)
1st one shown-she isn’t educating, she’s letting autumn do that for her 😂
Facts
I absolutely think you should discuss it with your significant other. Choices like that ultimately impact both of you, so it should be discussed between the two of you.
That first clip was nauseating. No thank you. I don't need a personal terrorist to harass me about my life style or anything else.🤮
My company has an employee referral bonus program. If I refer any RN and they are hired and stay a certain period of time or completes a contract I can be given from $500-$1000. I have made those bonuses before, and why companies ask if anyone's referred you.
The first girl who thinks needing “professional help” is an insult 🙃
Trying to guilt people into not wanting to be one of those people who can’t do it. When some people literally physically or mentally can’t do it. What a boomer attitude.
The lady in the second video sounds like she wants to convince herself, her breathing and tone of voice sounds stressed. That is what these mlm’s do to people they leave people burned out and broke.
1200 calories is the basic requirement needed for an average toddler
According to their formula I should be eating over 3200 calories a day to maintain my weight. I work a desk job and don't work out. The fuck?
Not everyone can access the Beachbody virtual summit this year. You have to have been a coach to access unfortunately bc I am interested as well what BS is said LOL
On the Monat clip about split end, she twists the hair.
Also you don't buy a bunch of laptop stands and resell them.
Yes please
About the first woman, just because someone doesn’t think your program will work for them, doesn’t mean they need “help”. That’s so demeaning and belittling. Not every program is going to work for everyone no matter what for so many reasons. And beachbody is definitely not gonna work for everybody. In my humble professional opinion, it sucks :)
Yeah! A new video~
So if I don’t join her “nutrition program” because I can find something for free, I have a bigger issue and need to see a doctor?
Scam!!!!!! ItsACult!!!!! Split end is only dead ends so don’t give us miracle creams. 🤦🏽♀️ Bloopers!!😂
Haha I have the CC on because I don't hear well sometimes and it keeps saying Emma Lemmers whenever you say "MLMers"
I can't stand that Emma Lemmers she's no good. Lol
the only people in corporate america who care about recruiting are... corporate recruiters
Yay! MLM fails!
You look like a brunette Anna Kendrick!
I kind of understand their point with "direct selling." Yes an MLM rep is selling "directly" to someone the same way an influencer/content creator is selling "directly" to their audience. The difference is the model that supports this "direct selling." One is a professional relationship one is a scam. Sorry not sorry.
beachbody and fueling your body sounds so wrong.
So you need professional help if bb isn't right for you? 😆😆
