Aokiji , the strongest Admiral has eaten the Magma Magma Fruit . His fist can create giant meteor shower as you saw . Aokiji and Akainu are both magma and ice and basically just their existence is menacing because just by existing Aokainu can be pure heat and Aokiji can be pure cold . As you saw Aokiji froze Doflamingo who was on top of Smoker but his ice didn't affected Smoker at all and only froze Doflamingo

Also, Mihawk is superior to Shanks in terms of swordplay skill.. but Shanks has the superior haki.. so Zoro from the start of the show would lose to them in a jiffy
tbf you have no proof of that . Zoro deflected both Kaido and Big Mom's combo attack (It can easily be considered the strongest attack so far in One Piece) and also wounded Kaido . And all this was before he gained good control on Enma and his haki .

Shanks did one shot Kid and Killer but I don't see the same results with Zoro . It has to be a mid to high diff even for Shanks .
