We hope to start the C2C from St Bees in late April. First UK beach we ever visited on our trips from the U.S. So many rocks…

What an amazing beach to be your first! I didn't know we had such lovely beaches in the UK until I went to St Bees! Good luck on the Coast to Coast - that's on my list to do as well.

Some great beach views there Claire. You’ve been on some paths I’ve not been on and I’ve lived here 32 years! I may seek them out…after a dry spell 😊

Haha yes I'd definitely wait! The ironic thing is, I thought the coastal runs would give me something 'easier' to do while the weather was too bad in the mountains - how wrong I was 😆. Thanks for watching 😊

Claire, I occasionally re-watch your introductory video just to remind me how far you've come.Best of luck with future challenges.

Maybe it was the weight of all the mud on your shoes that was making your legs ache Claire.

Living nearby I know how boggy and how many diversions are on your route. I know your next few trips heading south along the so called coastal path will be challenging as it will head inland and you will have some difficult inlets to cross or go round. Good luck.

Thank you! I've got as far as Millom at present, I'm just behind in editing my videos. The next section from Seascale to Bootle was horrendous 😂. But I still really enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
