Has anyone seen those few lucky cars and lorries passing through before the collapse? Bro, bet they ain’t crossing any bridge for a while 🤔
Hi, good evening.💯🙌🏼
One lady from Lyft or Uber said in an interview, her passenger was taking xtra time…so because of that… THEY ARE ALIVE!!! 🙏✨
Yep
@@Vio978.

Why, especially with a bridge in the channel, are these ships not guided in and out by tugs? Seems such a simple precaution to take.
Absolutely, why don't we always use tugboats to guide ships passing under the bridge? It's clearly a result of a failure in risk assessment.
We do that in Texas, not to mention we don’t have many bridges over here. But we have a lot of ship channels that are supported by tugs
47 years without an problems and there's markers with flags in the water around the bridge. Why didn't the ship drop it's ANCHOR ⚓ that's weighing on my mind
@@sharilynnwebb dropping amchor would not have been enough to stop 100K ton vessel going at that speed. The anchor would have either snapped or torn through the deck
@sharilynnwebb ive heard they did attempt to drop all anchors and throw the engine in reverse when they got the power back on. Though im unsure the truth of all the events
After I see this I will always have my windows open when I’m driving over a bridge. Rain sleet snow, condolences for all the families that lost their loved ones.
Dawg what😭🙏💀
Why windows open?

On every vessel, there is an emergency generator fitted which supplies electrical power for all vessel's essential maneuvering machineries. This Emergency generator starts automaticaly 3 seconds after any power loss. Watching the video It seems that this generator never started!!!
Oh really? Is that how it works?
😂😂😂😂
Yes there are electric back up systems. The international standard is 45 seconds from loss of main power to auxiliary power units come online. This ship had power back up after 50 odd seconds after initial loss of power. But then lost it again.
The lights coming "on" and going "off" were the emergency lights. The ship lost power completely.
All stuppid this was a cyber atack on the bridge power go,s only on to correct the ship to hit the bridge 😂
The black smoke indicates that the captain tried to stop the vessel, full throttle in reverse. That caused the ship’s aft to move to port, and its bow towards the pillars of the bridge. The attempt to stop, at full throttle was wrong. Instead, the captain should have gone forward, keeping pressure on the rudder, steering away from the pillars. Unfortunately, he made the wrong decision…….
His aft would have hit the other pillar left of center. The arc to starboard would have continued. Too big too heavy and his approach was off imo
@@lynb2039 sabotage
Ntsb will find they have failed in their training cause if they had then they would know what to do. It was all panic on ship so they did all the wrong things.
Or hacked Vessel go on its programmed course full speed?
That was my first thought... Furthermore it's imperative that the captain sign off on the system checks before departure.
The ship was going in the right direction n had more than space to go under the bridge n go where it supposed to go, but instead it take a turn into the bridge just seems like set up to me. Now we will have to build this damn bridge over. Rip to the ppl who died

How did the ship make that sharp of a turn tho?
He was right on the edge of the shipping channel that's only 50 feet deep & goes under the highest part of the bridge, he was on the edge he probably ran bottom because the channel is narrow, knowing this is because my father and brother & I used to go Rock Fishing on the Patapsco River channel markers everywhere out in the water to keep those ships from drifting out of the narrow channel because the water is only 10 to 11 feet deep with the tide in.
Video taken by drones in daylight shows that all four concrete pillars were snapped off at the base where they trancend into the solid river-bed concrete slab.
Pay close attention to the ship collision with bridge's pillars. At the moment of "impact" it seems like the four inclined pillars are all demolished at their base simultaneously.
Plumes of concrete dust can clearly be seen shooting away from each other. Not just on the side where the ship hits, but strangely also on the side facing away from the impact point.
I kinda had a feeling that it might've been deliberate. Question is, what would've been the motive?

Looks like the captain dropped his anchor to hopefully avoid this but he was too close an it swung the boat into it.
Don’t know about the anchor but he certainly dropped the ball
But why were they so close to that pillar in the first place? It looks like they were already super close to it when the power went out the first time. Why????
Could have easily been prevented if the captain steered around instead of trying to stop. Based on the big swing at the rear.
For losing power that's a sharp turn
It can still turn if it’s moving.
Was the anchor, was dropped but was to late. The anchor actually made the ship whip round the to the supporting leg.
@lukekeefe6111 if so not dropping it would have been better
@mervinprone i thought rudder was hydraulic
@@mervinprone NO Power NO turning that rudder.
It’s funny how the ship loses power yet it steers right for the support of the bridge but not towards open waters

“The Baltimore Bridge collapse was an inside Job”
Who recorded this
The only real news lately is that the shipping company's lawyers have announced they figured out a way for their company to pay less than $200 million in damages.
Good lawyers. At least someone is thinking normal again.
Question is, will the argument work?
it meant to c-mon man 😂😂😂😂disrupt the supply chain and drive prices up
Power was restored and the pilot applied full reverse. Given this ship is a single screw, propwash pushed the stern port, rotating the bow right and into the bridge’s pier.
Why did it make a sharp right directly into the pillar?....it could have just went straight.
They weren’t that close to it, when it lost power they couldn’t steer it
Bet the new one won't be named after Key again.
Itll be the the Dylan mulvaney trans channel bridge
What was the time difference from the mayday call and the time the bridge was "secure" to stop the flow of traffic? Anyone know?
Mmmm let me think a ship hit a weak bridge
Pretty poorly designed to just collapse so quickly
Actually ant bridge hit like that will collapse like that. Ask any engineer.

The cargo ship with the freaking pillar in the bridge
The guy driving the bridge didn't move
It was a construction crew, there was a lane closed for repairs.
Well yeah because they lost power
This all seems rather suspicious. No supplies can be delivered including food. Didnt the same happen in the Panama canal last year where the cargo ship got stuck & it took weeks to move it. Theres a pattern here from witholding cargo to its designated countrys!! Is anyone seeing this!!

It was an accident people.
Gematria code proves it was not an accident! The ship crashed at 1:28 am. In the Leave the world behind Obama movie released on 12/08/2023, 128 days before the Baltimore ship accident, there was a White lion ship in the movie that crashed 128 minutes before the end of the movie. Then there was a bridge collapse 128 minutes into the movie.
Gematria code; White lion=128, bridge collapse=128, Maryland=128, famous collapsed bridge painting by Salvador Dali=128 Baltimore crash happened 128 days before Francis Scott keys birthday, 128 days after resident Joe Biden's birthday and 109 days after leave the world behind movie release date; 109= cyberattack in gematria. Drifting
@@powerpace1 it wasnt drifting, it was on a clear trajectory, look at the path the boat took when it left the harbour, it also moved to the right slightly before it hit the pillar leaving me in no doubt that hitting it was its objective, also they are usually accompanied by a tug boat.. no tug boat in this instance and it speeded up right before impact hence the smoke from the turrets which means it did not breakdown or malfunction in anyway
Don't these ships have generators that take over if there's a power failure?
@@kevlacy5306 not for propulsion

Why do I get the distinct impression that this was not an ‘accident’!!! Seems like ‘something’ was aimed at the ship that either directed it into the post or messed the navigation capabilities of the ship or affected it in some other kind of way that caused it to almost become magnetised towards those pillars for the inevitable destruction!! Something is deeply suspicious regarding this whole incident to me!!!!
and they just found a gas pipeline underneath....the natural gas company must have "misplaced" it

Why is America responsible for this company?
Its a chinese owned company too
A potential disaster for that city, is the remainder if the bridge left safe or will it take years to re-build? imagine how many jobs have been destroyed!
Was that ship even going to clear that bridge, it looks higher then the bridge
I think the ship pilot or crew make wrong decision, it can be seen for wrong turn, there should be just let the ship move forward rather than breaks or releasing anchor, it make the ship turn to the rihht and hit the bridge pillar..
It’s a sad affair when anything happens however it’s a sad situation where life is lost no matter what.
Sad very sad.
I think it was that big ship that crashed into it
WE LOST PEOPLE ON EARTH😭😭😭😭

Its like a scene from the Dukes of Hazard only its a cargo ship trying to do the ol' slam on the breaks, slide-turn a 90° turn, then crash into your mother's "she-shed".
It looked intentional.
No 📸 around or under the bridge?? All the footage appears to be amateur wtf??
I still say two weeks later that wasn’t no accident that’s bullshit
It seems the ship spun on its axis sharply

Who is the pilot in this ship?
Pilot in ship?
Notice how it was steered right into the bridge.
A fukin boat hit it, wot a stupid question
Wonder if people in the cars got hurt and how many survived and not.
Gee, IT WAS DONE ON PURPOSE 😮
If he was clear of it before they lost power why not keep letting it drift forward, looks like he makes a sharp turn when power comes back the first time.
It's a MIRACLE there were not any vehicles on that bridge when this happened. See them whizzing by, including a semi seconds before !?! 🙏✝️💜
Looks like he hit it on purpose to me he shuts off lights like he lost power then come back on so he can re correct, indicating power smoke comes out like he's stepping on the gas then he lines it up with the bridge and shuts the power back off
NO ACCIDENT
Funny how it turned direction and headed directly toward bridge at last minute but power was out. Also flashes of light at breaking points where power lines wouldn't be. Smoke as if going full speed at last minute just like the puff of smoke when full throttle a diesel engine in a truck.
Not enough pilings to protect the bridge supports
The Captain is to blame for this, he had plenty of time to return to port instead of going forward.
Oh your maturity is through the roof. Drawing a conclusion without any information or understand on what it takes to captain a ship that size
This was an intentional and deliberate act of sabotage.
Something was wrong with that ship. It doesn’t take an expert to realize poweroffs are a bad sign also the captain is half asleep.
Mechanical issues can happen anytime, there was not only a captain but two harbor pilots.
If they would have turned left instead of right , they would have avoided it . Seems like it was planned
No that's Deliberately Done
How much weight in a cargo ship and what was the speed ?
About the same weight as a US Carrier
It does not matter. Even empty cargo ships can weigh 165,000 tons. Nothing can withstand that at a speed greater then a 5y/o on a scooter
Why is noone asking who recorded this?
Security camera are a thing.
So it was the boat that caused it?, I thought that it was something else.
The "boat" was a 120k tonne cargo ship travelling at 8 mph
@@user-cr6qv1bn2u So it is the *Boat* /ship?
Looks like ship steering on course then dramatically turned to the right directly for the piling. Do not see how loss of power can cause the ship to turn like that. If anything, it would had stayed on course. It too takes an enormous a.ount of power to turn a rudder of such size one would think. Loss of power then turn of the rudder???? Makes no sense. What caused the ship to make such dramatic turn right for the piling? Loss of propulsion??? Makes no sense at all. A door blows off a Boeing plane and the news is all over it regarding causation. Here we are getting hardly anything regarding causation. All my opinion only.
Zeto protection for the bridge and no tug boats
This was unfortunately inevitable
