This viewer's perspective.......When the Google machine threw your channel at me a few years ago, the video was you on this hill working a little bit and you spoke just a little about your Dad's passing. at that time, Back then, you said you didn't feel like talking about it but one day you might. Then here we are today, and a couple of days ago you spoke about his accident and here you are working on the old project. Thank you for tying the story together and it IS powerful video. Thanks.

When a friend died at age 19, his father kept the crashed moped he got back after the police traffic accident investigation in an old little barn full of trash. It took him a few years, but when he was ready he tore down that abandoned little barn on the farm they bought months before the accident, and threw that moped in the scrap. He just had to deal with that later, this was his way of grieving and giving upsetting events a permanent place in the rest of his life.

The dad video brought me here a couple days after my uncle gave me my dad's jeep title and the box of his ashes. I'm not an excavator but always worked trades. We didn't get along or see each other much but a couple of my best memories were framing houses with him. For a couple guys that didn't know each other, we could sheet a roof in heavy wind like no other.

when my grandpa bought the farm way back when he had a lot of dreams and plans for it...he had a 1953 International TD9 dozer...he did a LOT of work on the farm...literally all the ponds we have on it were built with it along with all the roads. We've still got that old dozer...it hasn't ran in my lifetime(45 years)...sometimes I get the wild hair to try and fix it to get it to run again, but I'm never home due to my job and my mechanical/engine experience is very minimal...but I do have plans to pick up where my grandpa left off, with modern machinery at the very least...seeing your work really inspires me, keep up the amazing work.
