Easy Folding Chocolate Swirl Buns recipe

  • Ingredients
    bread flour : 250g
    all-purpose flour : 50g
    instant yeast : 5g
    Butter: 35g
    Salt : 2g
    Suger : 40g
    milk : 160ml
    egg : 1
    Cacao powder 1T
    Suger 3T
    1.Mix the flour, sugar, salt yeast in a large mixing bowl.
    2.Add the lukewarm milk, egg and mix. (dough will be too thick and sticky at this point.)
    3.Add butter and mix for about 3 min.
    4.Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and let rest on the counter for 30 min.
    5.Pat the dough down, removing most but not all of the air bubbles.(1 folding)
    6.Let rest on the counter for 30 min again.
    7.remove the air bubbles, grab the top edge of the rectangle and pull in toward you.
    8.Let rest on the counter for 30 min again. until doubled.
    9.roll out dough, Spread melted butter and Sprinkle the cacao+suger mix and chopped chocolate all over the dough.
    10.roll up the dough and cut into 9 slices.
    11.Place the buns into the pan or muffin cups. and let rise until dough is doubled.
    12.brush egg wash on top, Bake on 180c for 15-20 min.

    요즘 영상에 나오는 그림보는 재미가 쏠쏠하네요! 마지막에 어머니 넘 귀여우세욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ만약 제티대신 시나몬넣으려면 제티랑 동량으로 넣음 되나요?

      앗 감사해요 ㅋㅋ🤣 시나몬으로 하시려면 설탕3큰술 시나몬1티스푼 정도로 조절해주세요!! ☺️ 거의 9대 1 정도의 양으로.. 시나몬 가루가 너무 들어가면 텁텁하니 별로더라구요! 호두분태도 넣어주면 더 맛있구요👍👍
