- Sacrament of Penance: HOW TO MAKE A GOOD CONFESSION? 🙏✝
In this beautiful video, we delve into the profound significance of the sacrament of Penance, exploring every aspect of this spiritual encounter with God. Confession is more than just an act of acknowledging one's sins; it is a moment of intimate communion with the Lord, where we receive His forgiveness and mercy. Together, we discover the process of confession, from preparing the examination of conscience to things not to say, to the absolution of sins. Through reflections and detailed explanations, we explore the role of the priest as an instrument of divine mercy and the importance of embracing penance as part of our spiritual journey.
Our videos are unique and dedicated to the dissemination of the Catholic Faith. We work with passion and joyfully invite you to subscribe to the channel for free. This way, you can support us and share with those who wish to follow the path of our Lord Jesus. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I am starting RCIA in May, so that I get to learn all about the seven Sacraments.
Please pray for me.
I can't wait to be a part of Catholicism. ❤❤❤
Jesus have mercy on us all. Help us do Your Holy Will.
Confession is a beautiful sacrament. The love, the grace, the peace we are granted is immeasurable! You walk out feeling refreshed. Anew in body and soul! I love going to Confession. PRAISE BE JESUS CHRIST OUR SAVIOR AND REDEEMER!
Our Lady has requested us to go to Confession once a month. She knows best.
I was surprised at the advice of not going too often. Some of my better friends attend once a week.

I am in my 80th year and I always dread going to confession, once the priest speaks my mind goes blank.😢
Yes, I am 80 yrs, too. I have the same experience every time. I sound like I am a child and this is my first confession, but I am humbled each time and maybe this is a blessing.
I have the same problem. I get so nervous that I can’t think straight. You’re not alone. Sometimes it’s easier to go to a different parish than the one you attend all the time. That’s what I’ve been doing lately. Give it a try.
Me too!
I’m ‘only’ 75 and have also had that problem. I am a deacon so you’d think it’d be easier but it seems to be harder. Two suggestions I’ve been given that have helped me. First, if you’re very active in your parish then don’t use your parish priest as your confessor if possible. While it probably would not matter to your pastor what you confess, our priests are amazing to me, it certainly makes it more difficult for me to confess my sins to a man whose opinion matters to me. Second thing is to tell him first thing about your difficulties. His advice may help; it did for me. Finally learn all you can about the sacrament; the more you know the easier it is. I’m doing chemotherapy now but I nearly died at the end of December and didn’t get to see a priest until after the emergency surgery. That was scary but father spent an hour with me, bringing me the last rites. It was wonderfully freeing. While I do use the Penance services when available I find that I put pressure on myself to not ‘tie up’ the priest’s time due to others waiting for him. This is really unfair to both the priest and to yourself. Please consider making an appointment with your confessor for an hour or so and have an unhurried conversation about your concerns. God bless you all.
One thing I have learned is to prevent my kind from going blank, I write down my sins with the examination of conscience before going to confession and just read them to the priest.
Jesus's have mercy on us amen 🙏
I love Togo to confession as I feel so clean after!
Lord have mercy on me
Praise be the LORD JESUS CHRIST. Amen🙏❤️
Thank you for explaining it, so thorough. I have never confessed my sins, 😢 but I need to do it. I am ashamed to confess 😔
Oh don't be please, all of us have a hard time because we're ashamed of ourselves. Soon you will find it refreshing to off load your sins. Prayers for you
It’s normal to have shame, it’s happened to most of us, I prayed the seven sorrows of Mary daily, holy rosary, etc. I prepared with guides of examination of conscience while writing my sins to get ready and made an appointment with the parish priest because I knew that it was going to be longer than 30 minutes for that first confession . I go monthly or every couple of months.
Amen🙏♥️
Thank you, thank you very much as very enlightening!

Christ Jesus crucified Christ Jesus risen. This is the testimony approved by God ❤
Thank you for this wonderful video. I will remember not to say Good morning and thank you father to the priest. instead I will say Praised be Jesus Christ.. when I enter and before I leave. I will locate the act of sorrow prayer and learn it. I thought I needed to say the at of contrition.
Thank you so much for your teaching.

HAVE MERCY AM A SINNER
What is the point when ypu do not repent!!! Like Fr Witon who judged me, as he still sleep with Fr De Lisse...!!!
Confess to Jesus, Chang your ways and you will be forgiven. It is clear in the Bible, only threw me!
Unfortunately priests get into temptations when ladies come for confessions.
Amen
