I was cheated by a paving contractor years ago. He said he needed payment so he could pay his employees. Like a fool I believed him. Paid him and he just disappeared..leaving my paving unfinished.
For what this "struggling" woman blows each month on cat food, kitty litter, dog food and dog treats she could instead hire a lawn service to maintain her yard. In other words, she made a conscious decision to have pets instead of a well-maintained yard.
