What about cleaning up all those clippings in the backyard? And you removed their corner posts of the fence?

As usual you did a great job. I don't undertand why the people whose properties are adjacent to these areas aren't maintaining them. Even if it technically isn't their property, it would make sense to maintain it to keep up with appearances and sustain property values. I live on a corner lot in a town in the U.S. (Oregon) and I maintain the easements on two different roads without hesitation.
