I liked the Clan methods because you don't have to kill your opponent, just defeat them. If someone doesn't measure up they are simply transferred to a civilian caste and most Clans take care of their civilians.
@@spectre111 Clan Ghost Bear gives cadets that fail their first Blooding one more chance for another specialty. It is basically how they get many of their Aerospace Fighter Pilots as they do not breed that phenotype.
