@@producedbychloerose I'm still pretty new to both the sampling and tracker stuff but I'm more drawn to the sample chopping stuff like you're doing here than the one shot sort of thing
damn, that's amazing. I have a pocket operator (po-33) and I usually clear all 16 patterns and sequence them to make little tracks for the fun of it. But even when I really like something I'm unable to seriously play with it in my daw and flesh it out. Because stem exporting is not an option and muting tracks isn't either. Which is a bummer. Maybe the M8 is the po-33 on crack I've always dreamed of (tho i know sampling isn't even the main selling point of it)
oh man, i didn’t know you couldn’t mute tracks on the PO-33!! that definitely doesn’t make your life any easier. if you feel like you’re straining against the limitations of a pocket operator the M8 is probably your best bet to get more capability with the same comfortable form factor. i haven’t even tried the sampling, i should give that a go soon 😅
thank you!! these are from a lot of random places-i have a lot of sample packs from samplified which are pretty good for melodic stuff, and i downloaded the octatrack anniversary edition sample pack off somebody’s google drive ages ago which is a shockingly good resource 😅
i’m using a 4GB HC microSD-i’m pretty sure it’s the one that came with the M8. i don’t keep a ton of samples on there at one time so it’s been big enough so far. according to the website they come with a 32GB card now.
Love it. I dig what a warm cuppa can inspire.
Whoa, I love how you're getting such big sounds out of such a small machine with only (literally) a handful of buttons. Amazing.
Love the notes and the breakdown! This is super helpful. Love the tune too 👌
Love this style of video, and also the vibey videogamey tune
This is so chill and energetic at the same time
that’s my vibe (chilled out with a resting heart rate of 182bpm)
Have a nice day too ^^
Nice! You made that sample shine!
thank you!! i love non-loopy samples like this one 😇
