Maya, it's so interesting when you said you don't see Fran as often as you think you do. To me that says Fran is a constant presence in your life (mentally, emotionally etc.). When you see each other in person, it reminds you how long it's been since the last time. There are special friendships where you can pick up where you left off without missing a beat.
