    I can see why a lot of people have got high cholesterol and high blood pressure with the amount of highly processed foods in there. Also I think it's quite expensive too. I bet the packaging tastes better than the actual food😅. Thanks for the video 👍

      Everything is highly processed, unless you produce your own food. And Iceland is a very cheap supermarket.

      Cheap ? I don't think so. I get what you're saying about a lot of food being processed but Iceland seems to focus on highly processed food.👍

      Well done for only eating fruit and veg. The only food items that are not processed.
