Yeah. If I want to use someone else's identity to buy high ticket items, I'd certainly target recent parolees whose credit rating is likely to be, well, what's the lowest possible credit rating ? Criminals are not actually more likely to have bad credit scores. There is nothing to say that a drug dealer sucks at paying his bills on time. There is no reason to believe someone with a dui driving doesn't have credit. Not all people in prison are the criminals you seem to be thinking of. But those people are also not trusted by society and would have a really hard time convincing people they were being taken advantage of (as your own opinion proves) it's actually a FABULOUS target. No one will believe them or care if they complain! Just as you all have proved on this very thread! I don't think most people really know what goes into credit scores or who are the people actually sitting in our prisons. Stop watching television, it's warping your sense of reality

So your child couldn’t breathe, but you smoke Siggys. It never ceases to amaze me why cigarettes smoking is not considered child abuse.
You go to emergency rooms and you go to pediatrics care and 99% of the cases of lung problems are in household, where their cigarette smoke.
And now she’s using her cigarette smoking as a reason for not getting her prince taken? She quit smoking. She bucks a day and the smoker is a pack a day, and she’s getting well. She’s probably up to one and a half packs by her age.and I wonder who’s buying the diapers cause you know she’s too lazy to wash her own diapers.
Which of course are way cheaper than buying diapers every week but she’s too lazy.
She needs to be arrested. Maybe it’ll give the baby a chance to breathe and clean air.

It is good to see Judge Webster put her foot down. I do like her a lot, but I often feel that she's way too soft and lenient. I appreciate that she cares about the community and wants these people to get it together, but sometimes what's best for the community is for these people to realize that you cannot just continuously break the law and get a slap on the wrist or a stern talking to. No one respects the law or court system when that happens.

When a bad liar tries lying in court to a judge and a good lawyer watching. Not one word of her b/s was believable, awful story and lie. Police when given a licence or a name they look at their in car computer, they get to see a picture of the named person build, and height, hair colour and record. it's not just look at your licence or even just accept a name as true name, officers always check in case you have a warrant or if your banned/suspended from driving.

Unfortunately, my family dealt with someone like this. My late sister married a lazy man who couldn't tell the truth. He couldn't keep a job. My parents had to constantly bail them out. My sister developed cancer. After my sister died, her husband abandoned their son at 16 years old and left to go back to his home in another state. My mother supported my nephew until he was 18. We got word that my sisters husband was in prison. Come to find out he was committing crimes and was arrested.
