When the server bought it to me he said , wow , you eating all them carbs ?
I told him I was hungry, grown and could eat as much as I want as long as I paid for it and its none of your business how much I ate !!!!

@young nurse I came to the comments to see if anyone else felt the same way. It makes no sense for someone to say that except for a very few people in a persons life. For him to keep talking also on top of that makes no sense either, like you just said something stupid and then be like “are you a food reviewer”. Maybe ask that first and then things might make sense, but again why would you even ask that question. I had a similar instance where I went to pick up food for the study group and honestly it wasn’t even that much like 3 or 4 items and when I went to pick it up she’s like “is this all for you?! That can kill you” I just stood there like what…..so totally understand where your coming from

Little Ms K is the bomb - a hustling entrepreneur and her bio is impressive on the education side too. Never had a bad dish there but if you get a beet juice and slam it down, you will pee purple so don't be alarmed 🙂

jjajangmyeon is already fusion, its the #1 most popular chinese-korean noodle dish for koreans.
Jjajangmyeon is the name of the dish?
Respectfully JL did not call jjajangmyeon fusion; He's already familiar with the dish (and Korean cuisine) exemplified by his knowing that it is accompanied with danmuji (pickled radish) and other Korean cuisine videos. IMO I don't call it a fusion dish, but rather a Chinese-Korean dish. It was invented in Korea by Chinese immigrants influenced by a dish from China. Many many foods and dishes originate from China like Thai chicken and rice, but they evolve and take on a different style when they cross borderS. Even pasta originates from China in terms of the noodles, but we don't call that fusion. I guess the culinary lines are so blurred today in our global community.
@@skatingcanuck9837 respectfully point to where i said JL called jjajangmyeon fusion? it was in reference to the restaurant calling themselves Korean Fusion food serving what looked like ordinary Korean jjajangmyeon. which by itself is inherently already fusion.
@@-EchoesIntoEternity- Apologies I thought you meant JL called their menu fusion. Perhaps I missed something, but I don't recall anyone in the video stating their entire menu was fusion, especially when it includes traditional Korean dishes like jjajangmyeon and kimchi fried rice on their menu. Like I said you can call jjajangmyeon fusion, but in your thinking I guess you might also consider ramen a fusion dish too? Did you know it came from China, but was brought to Japan by Koreans? I consider fusion a more recent concept, but to each their own. ✌

This is a nice place. I love Farmer's Market too and really miss the Farmer's Market in Philly. I do recall how the Amish Food Stands had delicious fresh meats and dairy. Those where the days! The Korean food looks amazing!

You the best youtube foodie out there, from the detailed description of the food, to the genuine reactions... and you show respect, don't put down or completely knock down shops that may not have the greatest food, but are grinding out all the same.

Jajameung is probably the most underrated item you can get at some korean-chinese restaurants that have it. that and garlic soy korean fried chicken make a real good combo.

The cheese steak sandwich made very well the ingredients made the cheese steak sandwich look so delicious .what did you put on the noodles to make them look so great.it’s great they have fresh homemade patties,so can take home,the jerky looks delicious.

Man JL....I've been subscribed to you for awhile and respect that you try to put small business owners into the light. With that being said.....your content is stagnant. All you do is review the same types of foods over and over and don't venture out. I watch all types of RUclips "Foodies", and I must say that I don't watch you as much as I did before bc it's the same kind of content you upload all the time. Shout out to China Mac and Peaks for keeping their content fresh, venturing out, and not liking every single thing they eat and keep their reviews as real as it gets!!

That looks delish. Cheese is super popular in Korea as a topping (a more recent phenomenon) and this trend has spread to Korean diaspora cuisine. JL you are very respectful. I am not sure why the tight rules about videography are set, but it's 2023 and you can't police a ban on photos when almost everyone has a mobile these days. JL I was impressed you knew jjajangmyeon (perfect pronounciation 🙌)pairs with danmuji (pickled radish).
