Season 1 Episode 4

In this episode we encounter the mooring ball that refuses to play ball as we continue our journey down the south coats heading for the Scilly Isles, This time we are stopping off in Portmellon near Mevagissey and ending this week in Mylor in Falmouth. Meanwhile the rain is a relentless as ever I'm not sure we are going to have a summer this year.

In hindsight I think we should have used a standard boat hook as it would have latched onto the small eye on the marker buoy much easier than the big one we use that threads mooring lines. Still every day is a school day when sailing

That was a bad pick up in those sublime conditions, he appeared to be trying to pick up the small buoy rather than than the connecting rope, uncomfortable to watch
