- today i am sharing a new save file that is base-game compatible for the sims 4! this was created by quiescence90 on modthesims and i believe they have been working on this save for YEARS. they have regularly updated the save and it look amazing! ✨

No, it's a save file. You just need to download it and place it in your save file folder..
