I'm using this from around 3 4 months now I can see the difference in my hairs.. Would you believe if I say I just dried 2 ridge-gourds 3 days back? Coincidence!But they caught fungi as there is moisture in the air and did not use them immediately. I was very dissapointed. But your video inspired me to dry some again and make the oil! Thank you!

So between this and potatoes, which one works faster? Have you tried making potato skin oil? And let's risk something here and see the results, potatoe skin oil with ridge gourd oil together, if possible we add guava oil to it and see how rich and faster it will work out on gray hair and improve on the overall well-being of the hair

Hi dear I try to watch all your videos just now saw this video if you heat coconut oil you will not get all benefits of coconut oil one of my friends suggested me just to warm it for 10seconds in microwave that too if coconut oil gets freeze up in winter... .
Yes the first time I did this, same thing happened. I dried the ridge gourd pieces for around 3-4 days in shade and then kept it in box in the hopes of making the oil after a week. But then when I opened the box after 3 days the moulding and fungus had appeared. What happens is when u shade dry, the complete moisture within the vegetable is not gone. Hence the fungus. Either u keep it in shade for more days so that it dries completely or else if you dry it only for 2-3 days then use it immediately to make the oil.
