In today's video I am taking about curing your grey hair, it's causes and the remedy. Grey hair is one of the most common problem in today's fast moving world and I also got so many request to bring a video on this topic. So, here I am with one of the best remedy for grey hair treatment, premature grey hair and how to reverse grey hair naturally in 30 days.
Ayurveda is the most scientific explanation to all sort of human elements. Premature greying of hair has a solution in Ayurveda, which is a perfect blend to get short term permanent results is the all that I have prepared hair. The blend I have prepared in this oil is something very powerful and will give you amazing results if used properly in the prescribed way.
1- Amla - super fruits for the hair, give intense black color if used religiously.
2. Ridge Gourd - A huge does of Vitamins that nourishes the melanin to produce dark pigments
3. Ginger - Ginger promotes hair growth & strengthens the hair from the root to the tip to allow other ingredients to work.
4. Nigella seeds (Kalonji) - Kalonji promotes the process that leads to melanin production which is responsible for hair color and texture. It contain powerful Anti-oxidants which fight free radicals which cause premature greying of hair.
How to Prepare the Oil:
Step 1: Cut all the ingredients and let them dry up for 2-3 days as I have shown in the video.
Step 2: Once dried up, take some cold pressed coconut oil in a pan and mix all the ingredients in it.
Step 3: Heat at low flame for 15-20 mins till all the ingredients turn brown as shown in the video.
Step 4 : Strain in Glass Bottle/Jar.
Step 5 : Apply Alternate days for 30 Days.
Step 6 : Keep it overnight & and wash hair next morning with Herbal Shampoo
Few Points to Note:
-Do not dry the ingredients in direct sunlight.
-Do Not use any Chemical onto your hair while using this remedy.
Follow this process for 30 days as I have explained and I bet you will see your premature grey hair turning into your natural color. This remedy I have made after a lot of research & experience and it is something that will give you amazing results if followed in the right way. For your questions:
-Yes, avoid chemical treatments and premature greying will become less and less.
-Also, you can use this as a regular oil as well and if not using DIY shampoo, you can use the herbal shampoo's like Khadi etc. which suit you but a big no to chemical products.

OMG! ...seeing so many comments about reversing grey hair and the curiosity in knowing about the fastest remedy for reversing grey hair makes me believe that one of people's greatest wish is to have black hair till their end of life.No one likes the idea of grey strands on our original black hair including me. First of all, Hi everyone. I'm a 45 years old caucasian man with light brown hair . I started getting grey hairs in the last 3-4 years. I started this treatment on 07.06.2022. It definitely works but it's not a 30 day process. You need to make this a habit and use it for a longer period! I noticed 2 hairs in my beard turning to my natural hair colour, from the root. Im sure there are more, I just cant see them.
I use the recipe alternatively(one day yes, one day without), I apply it on my hair and beard, leave it for like 12-13 hours. Simple as that!
